This location is just a constant disappointment. At the VERY least could you maybe train your employees on how to roll a burrito?? It’s chipotle!! Every freakin time it’s just folded which makes it hard to eat. I suggest paying a higher wage per hour so that maybe you can actually hire adults with fully developed brains instead of the entire staff being 19 yrs old and not giving an F!!!!!!! The entire burrito was wet when I opened the foil bc a hole burst through it (which they probably saw but simply did not give an Eff) and then it’s folded like a toddler did it. Unreal.

I’m not the one to write a google review on anything but something needs to be said. Last time I came to this place my boyfriend and I were ordering burrito bowls. Everything from the selection that he wanted on the bowl they told him no to pick something else. Workers had attitudes like they hated their job, and if that’s so, why do you choose to continue and work there making your clients visit that much worse? I gave them another try by ordering delivery today. I don’t care that I wasn’t given any salad dressing, that’s not the point. It’s the immature writing on the actual meal. I’d be happier with no salad dressing and no note than with a note as childish and immature as that. They don’t even charge for salad dressing in the first place and they fill their cups a quarter of the way so whatever the problem is of this whole location needs to be adjusted. It’s giving Chipotle as a corporation a bad reputation and it’s really sad.

Food is always fresh and good. This Chipotle does not cheap out on portions, my bowl was filled to the top. Couldn’t even finish it in 1 sitting. They have a large variety of soft drinks. My favorite the Mexican Coca-Cola.

When I went there they didn’t have enough rice, beans, or lettuce. They didn’t have vegetables left. Instead of filling the completely they put a little bit of each food item. If I pay $10 for a bowl I expect it to be full and the store to have all the food items they advertise. As customers we are being ripped off at this location!

The food was fresh, and the service was excellent. However, they might need to increase the size of their staff. The lines at times can be quite long. Overall, the food is good.

the last two times i have ordered online they messed up my bowl three times. the first day, they put lettuce instead of guac and then when they took out the lettuce they still forgot the guac. The second day they forgot the guac again and they were very rude.

I love chipotle but this particular location on the day we went around 6pm was only taking online orders because they were short staffed. There was a line of upset customers outside since they were messing up the online orders. I asked the guy politely if we could just go in and order to go since we weren’t planning to stay and he was very rude. For all of that instead of having someone at the door telling people they were only taking online orders they should of put a sign on the door and he could of had been helping in the kitchen. The whole experience at this location was weird. I will not be back to this one.

Chipotle is probably my favorite fast food place but this location is always terrible, you can’t trust them to make an online order correctly and they are constantly out of one thing or another. You can order extra meat or a side tortilla, they’ll take your money but they won’t give it to you. Did you order a salad? Well too bad cause they’re out of lettuce or salad dressing or both!
