Chipotle employee said they wouldn’t take cash after waiting 15 minutes in line for a bowl. Food tasted real bland— couldn’t even get everything I wanted in my bowl because they were all out. The chef needs to be fired immediately this is madness. Love chipotle but come on that made me really sad.

1) This chipotle never made an announcement that they don’t take cash. I waited in line for 15 minutes just for them to tell me after I order they don’t accept cash.

Who ever the woman is that is taking orders at the front deserves to be fired Immediately. I asked for a quesadilla and she mutters under her breath that if I want that I have to order online and I didn’t hear her so I asked for clarification and she responded very rudely. When I finally understood I said you can’t make it at the store but if I order it online you can make it and she responds with “Is that not what I just said, you got any other questions or can I help another customer” genuinely ruined my chipotle experience and I won’t be coming back. This was at 2:45 on Sunday August 27th at the chipotle on glades road.

I popped in very close to closing tonight (7/31) and the two employees (girl w long braids and guy) on the line were so kind and friendly despite the hour. Delicious burrito, excellent service!

Been to various chipotle, I would literally travel to any other chipotle rather then this one. Portions are lacking and rushed when busy. I paid and waited for a salad dressing patiently, even watched them give a lady after me 2 dressings but didn’t say anything because I don’t want to be a “Karen” .. I wait 5 minutes with food in hand and they then tell me ” I guess we out of dressing”

What a bad experience, first time I asked for cup for water in a restaurant and they said not we don’t give cup for water anymore you have to buy a drink. Poor service I am sorry for this company used to be a reference for the industry but no anymore.
