Chipotle is going down hill. They are always out of something. They said that they were out of chips and we saw over 20 bags of chips off to the side. I asked them to please just sell us one bag. The lady said they were all sold and paid for. So we went on the app, we ordered cheese dip with chips for pick up, and sure enough, it was available for pick up through the app, but not for walk in customers. Why punish people for leaving their house to come and eat at your establishment? That is poor management. The place has paint chips falling from the wall, all the tables where dirty, there were no napkins, and they were understaffed. This is the 6th time I have come in and they don’t have plant based chorizo, it’s on the menu but never available.

I went to get a bowl I was so hungry it was literally my first meal of the day. They didn’t say hi to me , didn’t take my name didn’t feel welcoming at all . I get a bowl with chicken rice beans corn lettuce tomato and sometimes sour cream or guacamole that’s all. the girl was rude and made me feel uncomfortable I had to repeat myself constantly. The girl at the register literally takes the cash from me so aggressively with such attitude … I don’t know what I did to deserve such treatment but the worst part of all this is that they give me the wrong bowl WITH HOT SAUCE …. I’m really sensitive to hot spicy food and I never eat it. I didn’t realize i got the wrong bowl until I got home,everything is covered in other toppings so I didn’t expect the hot sauce at all Im thinking it’s my bowl all along but anyways I didn’t see the hot sauce when I opened it because it was under all the other toppings so I I take a bite ……. my mouth started to literally burn so bad my throat was on fire, I was sweating and I never felt so nauseous…to the point where I ended up throwing up 3 times after…. I never felt so sick before I was crying,sweating and throwing up for a good 3 hours. I ended up not eating anything that day because i felt so sick,it felt like if I tried to eat something I would’ve threw up again. The hot sauce really just killed my whole day. I’m pretty sure the other two people got the wrong order too. It’s so disappointing that they don’t write your name on your bowls. People can seriously be badly allergic to these things or other things and have some serious health issues. It’s really not that hard to write names down and make sure everyone gets the right thing…. I didn’t have my recipe I threw it away after I payed and I threw away the bowl so I didn’t go back and say anything I don’t think they would’ve helped me out after the way the treated me in the first place. I was so sick I just wanted to feel okay I didn’t really care about the money or a free meal i was so over it at that point. I’m never going back there I’m literally traumatized. My first meal turned into not eating at all for the whole day and recovering from being sick. Go on ur own risk……

Ordered through the Chipotle App which had a promotion for free delivery. Never received order. My daughter drove to the Chipotle location to find out where our order was and to have them remake the order. She was told by an associate who yelled back to another associate (possibly a manager on duty) to ask if they could remake the order. She was told no and that my daughter had to take it up with Door-dash. My daughter explained that we didn’t order through Door-Dash. The associate couldn’t have given two- *^*~. My daughter was upset but called Door-Dash who transferred my daughter to Chipotle Customer Service. Again, my daughter had to wait to speak to someone who eventually credited back the charge on our credit card. This kind of service is unsatisfactory. We have had problems with this same location prior to this. A new management had taken over and improved (for awhile) and then it went down hill again. Perhaps, closing this location due to the service being extremely bad.

We never made it into the building. Me and my boyfriend want chipotle because we have not had it in a while. So we going this location. We found parking and we both got out to order. As soon as we reached the door there was a sign that said “Cash Only!”

They never have fajitas or salad dressing. Service is terrible. Once they tried to charge me for extra rice… that has never been and never will ever be a thing. I’ve tried them multiple times only bc I live near by. It’s not that hard to make the salad dressing. Seriously. It makes the dish. Please get better because I’m tired of this.

Service was horrible, servers had the worst attitudes. I asked for Guacamole and the young lady who was cleaning the tables with no gloves went on the back with unwashed hands. I saw her put the guacamole in the container with no gloves and slammed it down on the counter next to the cashier. I’ve been going there since I moved to the area over 10 years ago and the quality of food and service had drastically declined.

This is the worst Chipotle ever, place is filthy, hot food bar is always dirty with flies, when the scoop the meats they barely put a half spoon, rice is either over cooked or under cooked. Cant wait for the new location to open on Southern Blvd in Royal Palm Beach. I promised myself to NEVER visit the Wellington Location again. Trust me, the place sucks!!!!
