This experience at the Forest Hill location was truly disappointing. The lack of customer service and small portion sizes forced me to seek out another location for my meal within just an hour. It was clear that I needed better service and a more satisfying experience.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I had to for this Chipotle. When we entered it took about 10 minutes for them to even acknowledge the people in front of us. They didn’t seem to want to give accurate portions for the chicken which my sister and I ordered. I asked for extra and they charged me for it . Some of the food items were not even available, and apparently they wanted to make the food last till it was closing time. We came around 8:30 pm and they closed around 10-11 pm. My sister has a reward for free guac, and when she asked the cashier if it went through he said yes. She had to pay for it since he lied about it. The cashier name was Emilio. When we were paying for our meal, they didn’t even let me scan. So I had to ask again. Also, it seemed they prioritize their online orders than the people standing in front of them . My sister has a kid’s meal and needed a cap for her soda which was a small and it was not available for her. So they didn’t give accurate portions, had missing items and everything seemed out of place. So this was a bad experience for me and for anyone else going to this Chipotle, be careful.

Avoid this Chipotle, go out of your way to find another. Easily the worst franchise I’ve ever been to. No ice in the machine and looks like it has been that way for hours. No sign, just chaos. No napkins, place is a mess. Employee just got off shift and is waiting in line for a meal and can’t be bothered, you get the vibe. What the hell is the management doing here? Nobody would ever want to work in this type of made to fail environment. Total disaster if it weren’t for the food. Step up, owners, y’all look foolish. I have a feeling this place is going to be shut down soon for good reason. The neighbors have given up on this location and deserve better.

Go to this chipotle all the time. People are generally nice. Only rating one star because they had a stack of 100 bowls and they wouldn’t use it for walk ins. Only for online purchase. To reiterate they were not able take a single bowl 30 minutes before closing the store when i was the only person walking in. But they had plenty exclusively for online use. Whomever enacted this policy ought to rethink it.

obviously the manager over this location doesn’t care about how they’re represented but something has to be said about the workers here. their customer service is literally non existent, nowhere to be found. it’s not even that they aren’t out of the way friendly, they are actually rude and go out of their way to be.

Don’t even waste your time. Find yourself a different Chipotle. This Chipotle is just horrible. And looking at other reviews it seems like this is a reoccurring issue. I went yesterday for lunch, during the lunch hour and they had no white rice. Was told it would be 45 minutes for the next batch to be done. Went today and no peppers and onions. I asked the employee if they had any, he looked at me confused and just not right now. I asked him not right now or not at all? He said not at all. I ordered a side of guacamole as well. When I left and began to eat I realized the guacamole had nothing in but avocados. Obviously experiences could be worst than this, but the worst is the employees are so nonchalant about everything. They could care less how that store is ran. And it is ran horribly. Not sure how you constantly let your food products run out. Time for new management.

It was so frustrating dealing with the attitudes and lack of customer service of the workers. We had ordered 3 bowls that all had guac and sour cream as well as a side of chips with some salsa. All entres were missing the guac and sour cream. They were not helpful in helping us dispute what we missed. Our salsa we asked for with our chips was less than half full and looked very funky as if it was old. All our food quality was poor and soggy. Our rice, chicken, and beans were all soggy and looked as if they were days old. Never had such a terrible experience from Chipotle like this.

bruh get workers with a better attitude, at least act like you wanna be there. The portion size they give also SUCKS. I was telling an employee what food in my bowl and he kept forgetting and passed it on to the next person, getting my order wrong, which led me to call him out a few times. I workout out at the crunch in that plaza and i literally drive to the chipotle in lake worth (the best one) to enjoy my bowl.

We came in for dinner: 2 adults, 2 kids. Food was great, getting the food together was nice. The cashier said he didn’t have cups for drinks. So we purchased bottled water and cho milks. Then we sat down to eat and saw someone after us buy a cup and go to the soda machine. This really upset us. We asked the cashier and he said they didn’t have small cups, only large. So we purchased large cups. We were also disappointed multiple tables were dirty and there was no napkins available in the dining hall. The food was awesome though, as always.
