I just picked up an order I submitted online the people who made my order did an excellent job. I don’t know who the lady at the register was but she made a big deal about me asking for salt and lime with my order by actually leaving the register to tell the not to give it to me. After she said that they don’t have it. I think it’s perfectly reasonable to say that your busy and wouldn’t like to slow things down with that request but I know they have it, I have got it before at this location and if there was an option for me to request it online I would have gladly requested that way. I don’t know what to the issue is but I can recognize overworked underpaid when I see it. The company/ owners/ managers have the ability to improve conditions pay workers a better wage through these tight time, or staff appropriately I hope something changes soon. The service just keeps slowly getting worse I don’t eat out often I enjoyed my food as I’m eating it while writing this but I urge who ever reads this to find a way to support the staff to help better customer service.

Worst chipotle I have been to. They don’t care about the physical customers there and will prioritize the online customers over you. I was in the front of the line and had to wait 15 minutes to get served because all the workers were occupied with online orders. When they finally served me, they told me that they were out of chicken, beans and rice. But I clearly could see they have chicken, beans and rice. They said that was only reserved for online orders. This all happened an hour before they close. So I’m not sure how this location is being managed but it definitely could be better. It’s staff needs a complete retraining and uplift on how to serve physical customers.

My review is, specifically for Tamaris (specifically at the Chipotle in the Sawgrass mall). I wanted to give this young man a shout out for keeping his cool when he was literally the only person working for almost 20 minutes straight. Nothing on the grill, so the cooks were not cooking, the two girls working the register just twiddling their thumbs, and the manager just standing around smiling.

it’s pouring outside the mall. Let’s get a bite to eat… wait in line here and just watch as they put take out order after take out order together as we all just wait on line finally we’re asked what we want as if we’re an annoyance to them, when questioned on portion size teeth get sucked at us as if again we’re an annoyance, when she rudely explained the other people wanted extra she moved on cutting any retort I might give and started tapping her spoon on the counter and without looking up kept saying what kinda salsa u want over and over till I responded what else she said again sucking her teeth at me. this continued until both our meals were finished being thrown in the bowl without care by her.. I can only guess she was the manager as she had a key around her neck aside from the clown makeup all over her fake eyelashed face. the only decent thing here was the food, as manager she’s setting the worst kind of example, and Chipotle corporate should consider getting rid of this poison in their system

It was awful. I ordered the kids meal, and it only came with the beef and the taco shells, I ordered beef taco shells, sour cream and cheese. I opened it up in the wrong container! And there was only beef and taco shells. Very disappointing!!

Given that it is the busiest restaurant in the Food Court having the longest lines, the wait times are not bad as they deal with orders very quickly. Wait times aside the customary Chipotle quality in food can be expected.

The WORST experience ever. After waiting in a long line to order, I asked for fajitas to add to my salad and they said they didn’t have anymore, so I went on to order the next item and the employee says you can’t order quesadillas in the store you need to order it online. Makes no sense since the kids quesadillas they can make in the line . I asked to speak to the manager, Daniel, as he approaches the register with his arms crossed, I ask him if I could pay for the quesadilla with my order and then just have them make it in the back since I had already made the line and he said no that I needed to place the order online and wait. I then asked him if I could get a side of the fajitas from the back since I wanted some for my salad, as I saw the employees in the back put some on those orders, and he said NO that the back was only for online orders. I was like, why if I already paid for my order and I just wanted a little bit for my salad and he continued to say no. I then asked for his name because I wanted to verify that it was Daniel and he said he has no name but I knew for a fact it was Daniel since the employee yelled it out when I asked to speak to the manager. If it wasn’t Daniel, his description is a heavy set, African American male with glasses.
