Even though the food is good. There seems to be VERY poor training of employees in all of these franchises, they are rushing through very stressfully, which means they are trained to rush, and therefore the service IS negatively affected, since understandably they can’t listen actively to the amounts of food people want and how they want it, they throw it in QUICK and… NEXT!! I notice the frustration clients feel in line every time I go. I feel this way too.

I JUST PICK UP MY ORDER I PAID FOR STAKE BOWL!!!! The bowl came WITHOUT STAKE! I order 2 Stake quesadillas with sour cream and guacamole and that came without sour cream and guacamole! Bad service!

This place is a disaster. The employees are so rude, and they all look miserable. I ordered a burrito bowl on the app, suppose to be ready at 2:00 pm, I get there 2:15 pm, nothing. I’m standing by the register with my phone pointing to try to get the cashiers attention, finally she acknowledges me, I asked her for my order, she got it for me. Than when I got to the fountain I realized they didn’t include my large drink I paid for so I went back, again I’m standing there, she tells me to step back because I had 1 foot past the beginning of the register. I told her she forgot my drink, she hands me a small cup, so I said I paid for the large drink, she proceeds to throw the cup at some stuff that was behind her head, because she was annoyed at me for asking for the correct drink. Just wow ! Is this what chipotle has become. I think I’ll find a different place to go to ! I’ve been a loyal customer. Not sure I want to deal with this on my lunch break.

Did a moble order. stated such when walked it and saw the order shelves on the wall and i was early so sat and waited the pick up time came and past and nothing 10 minutes later i asked the individual i told i was pick up if it would me longer. He looks off to the side and grabs a bag that had been sitting there since i arrived. Rhen all the cubs given were bent so lids didnt fit had to ask for 3 new ones. The food was good but cold.

Food is solid as always but ordering ahead through the app sucks at this location. Here is how it goes: You order ahead through the app, they give you a time when it will be ready. You arrive at that time to an empty to to-go shelf. You stand next to it waiting while all the employees ignore you. You finally say something and they ask what the name on the order is. You wait some more. You watch as walk-ins arrive, order and walk out with their food. You wonder why you even ordered ahead. Finally you say something AGAIN and 15 minutes after the food was supposed to be ready they finally decide to make your order.

This location is a “hit or miss” when it comes to customer service. But if you don’t care for a service with a smile experience the food here is actually quite better than the rest of the similar franchise. The portions are huge and the food is always freshly made. I gave a 3 only because of the inconsistencies in customer service. I truly believe once you’re in the food industry there should be a standard regardless of whether it’s fast food or fine dining there must be a level of courtesy and appreciation when dealing with the guests. Maybe use Chick-fil-A as an example of how employees are supposed to conduct themselves. However, good tasting inexpensive fast food.

I normally wouldn’t bother rating this Chipotle but three times of bad service warrants a negative review. The employees at this location are dishonest and just plain lazy and rude. Ordered a few chicken bowls with barely any chicken in it (like half of the usual) because the chicken tray was low so lazy worker was trying to spread the little chicken that was in the tray between 3 people instead of getting a chicken refill from the kitchen. Then she said they ran out of sour cream and there was none in the back. Meantime, I’m at the register paying and I see someone in the kitchen cutting a new bag of sour cream open. Cashier also told me my rewards were applied towards this purchase when I scanned the app, which is new to me so it’s unfamiliar. Got home and just opened my app and none of my rewards were applied. I have a lot since my family of 5 eat at chipotle a few times a week. I hate this Chipotle. I think management is not managing. This branch is the worst one in the area. You can tell by the employees lack of professionalism, the fact that this store is always out of something, and the restaurant is filthy. Not a clean table ever in sight. One day I hope they get their act together.

20 minute wait, then served raw white rice. Requested brown rice, was also undercooked. Brisket tasted ok, but if this was my first visit to Chipotle I would certainly never come back. Filthy restaurant.
