Everyone does a great job except for the curly haired guy. First time I went he ruined my burrito. Then the second time he mismarked my burrito with guacamole (there was none in it) and the girl charged me for it. He doesn’t have a great attitude (I heard him mouthing off to the cashier last time I was in there). He’s got to go.

Worst Chipotle I have seen on my life. Let’s start with the beginning. When I ask for the password for the restroom it is 10 digits. It takes me 5 minutes to enter the restroom they couldn’t have kept the password any short. There is toilet paper on the ground it looks like no one has cleaned in a week. Tell me why I ordered through the Chipotle app and I NEVER got my order. I ordered $27.61 worth of food today and my order was canceled by Chipotle after more than 30 mins of waiting. I texted Pepper (the AI assistant) and I called and they couldn’t even tell me why they cancelled. Pepper left me on delivered, the direct number isn’t even a real person, I’m hungry and I KNOW I didn’t order invisible food!!! Now, I have to wait 14 days for my money to be refunded. YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME OR MY MONEY AGAIN.

I was told the soft drink machine was broken. I asked for water. I was told they only have bottled water and it’s warm. He gestured to an empty cabinet that probably used to house bottled water, but now was empty. The guy after me got a cup for water, which was my request. I watched him. He walked over to the soft drink machine and water came out just fine. So I pressed a few buttons, and they all worked.

If you’re thinking of ordering a pick-up order for dinner on a Sunday night scheduled at 7:20pm and don’t mind leaving the store exactly one hour later at 8:20pm, then you’re in luck. The scene: a line of disgruntled people waiting for their pick up orders with two employees who seemed to not be present at the Pick Up station. Once I opened the burrito bowl at home, I saw it had no lettuce or guac and instead cheese and sour cream (which I did not select), also no side of sauce. Two stars for at least getting my protein right.

Worst. Chipotle. EVER. Corporate really needs to clean up house here 110% and start hiring over from scratch and rid itself from this unpleasant, insufferable ghetto staff here. From employees who don’t say Hi back when greeted and instead looks at you silently with an indifferent stare, to ridiculously small portions, and as a bonus, the saltiest bow I ever had (one look at some of the people there and it wouldn’t shock you they can’t even follow the recipe cards on the store). Craving Chipotle? Do yourself a favor and go to another one.

Im giving this location (1) star because I have been coming here on many occasions to see if anything changes, but sadly nothing ever does. Staff is just slow and won’t pay attention to customers that have ordered ahead…it is quicker to go through the line which is just a rip off. They skimp you on your meal portions. Somehow they always forget something from my order…just all around trash
