We can say that the taste of food at Chipotle is good, in general. I have come to this restaurant many times, and almost always, those who serve the public have given such bad service that I leave disappointed. But, today I met a boy “Ray”, who made me think that you can still find people who serve with a high sense of kindness, professionalism, in general, a great spirit of service. Thank goodness for Ray. The Lord allows and they know how to appreciate it in this company, because honestly, all the other guys who work there spend their time talking, making jokes, and if they serve a pretty woman, they get so excited that they don’t care about the other customers in line. Thank goodness for Ray. We need more Ray’s in every Chipotle.

I as a former employee: welcoming arrival with ample parking, wide entrance doors clean lobby. Uniformed procedures making it easy to order. My order was complicated witch intel’s all ingredients (love them all) lightning fast register and she (Paulenciah) added a beautiful SMILE and we the super tasters know food taste better when you have service with a smile. Recipes on point shout out to management. Definitely added to repeat list.

For the high amount they now charge, the amount of chicken they give you is disgusting. That spoon they use where chicken falls off back into the pan which should be going into your bowl is a joke. Ate here last week and The chicken bowl is about $9 50 with tax, not worth it. And the young black man who serves the food is the most unfriendly, non personable chipotle employee I have ever met at a chipotle. If chipotle sales starts to go down. I’d be the first to smile and say, serves you right for screwing your customers. Done with chipotle. Better other places to eat and spend my money.

Chipotle became nasty overall but this one location is the worst. If you go there be prepared to stand around and wait. I would suggest just placing it online for pickup but then you going to wait even longer. Lol I get there to pickup they can’t find my order, so they give me somebody else order, I said “This is not mine.” So the manager had me waiting 20 minutes then said “I will call you when I find your order on the computer.” I was literally standing around waiting on nothing. Then he told me to just go to the end of the line and order my bowl from scratch. The whole point of ordering online is so you skip the line??? They gave me attitude like it’s my fault that they have to work there. This place is filthy nobody takes a minute of their day to wipe down the counters covered in spilled food. Even if you’re starving, save your money and go somewhere else.

I typically hit up Chipotle late afternoon or nighttime and this Chipotle takes the award for slowest service ever. Doesnt matter if you order ahead, most likely you will be waiting when you arrive. One person serving food, other employees looking around blankly moving things around and oblivious or unbothered by the ever increasing line of annoyed customers. Every time I come to this location, I curse myself for folding due to convenient location. Its worth the drive to just visit another location or restaurant. There should be a manager on duty, or better yet, someone who cares about providing decent service at all times.

I don’t know if it was a bad day there or what, but I got the wrong order. Then tried to get the correct order, which happened but instantly threw up the carnitas after finding paper I guess that wraps the meat still in food. Horrible experience today that’s extremely infuriating.

Used to eat here all the time. After today (4th time now in my last 5 or 6 visits) I’m never going back. They constantly get your order wrong. My bowl today came with 4 things of the 10 topping I ordered. Out of the 4 things 1 was wrong! This store is a joke. Now I’m waiting for a refund, AGAIN.

Slow service, only person in line. Bunch of workers just hanging around on their phones not caring that you’re waiting. The amount time it took to be greeted was interesting to say the least. Ordered steak tacos that the person literally put 2-3 small little cubes of steak on each one. Used half of the scoop not on even a full scoop because they were out of steak and didn’t want to go get more. Told me I’d have to pay double for what would be a normal size portion at any other store. Won’t come back to this location.
