I normally order from the drive thur, but today I decided to go inside. Let just say I won’t be ordering food from this location anymore. The inside was nasty. The dinning area had not been attended to nor the condiments station & drink area was a mess. Garbage running over in the dinning area & kitchen area. The work station was a total mess. Food slung all over, no neatness in the area where the food is being served. This establishment needs more employees to run this location.

Was there twice, I am sure that the company should think about the quality of its training for employees and fire some for sure !!! the first time they gave me someone else’s order, the second time they simply forgot and had to wait even longer. Today they literally told me that I must look another place, cool! When I start eating it I found hair, not surprised! One of the cooks in my presence dropped a bag of meat on the floor and then picked it up and put it back on the desktop, no one said anything to him, Menedger must check cameras

This has to be the worse Chipotle’s in SoFlo. If there is one worse than this I challenge you to find it. The one in Aventura never look like this. Save your self the trouble and spend the gas togo to the 1 in Aventura if you have to have Chipotle’s.

I don’t know if it just me but I went to get something to eat for my birthday lunch and they was cloth. Mind you it’s like 69 degrees out here. I was here with two other customers and my hubby along with my 4 month old daughter . The sign said that they are open at 10:45 am. It about to be 11:00 am and the doors are not open. Ya need to do better and open on time. I get it sometimes people don’t show up for work but that not the customer fault. Management need to do better because this is ridiculous like for real.

The manager on duty is a great guy. Very kind & professional. He has helped me out in the past with a few issues. The crew on the other hand I think may need some additional training. I’m sure they deal with a lot lousy customers too, but something with their process seems off. I had a bad experience here about a month ago, but decided to give it another go last night a little after 10 p.m.

I ordered online and arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes after my estimated order ready time. I checked the pickup order self and my order was not there. I walked to the front counter and gave them my name. No one acknowledged my order so i assumed it wasn’t ready yet. The girl at the register had a issue ringing up customers and providing them with the wrong change. This caused a delay for the people ready to pay. Another employee who looked like Chance the Rapper assisted and addressed the 5 people waiting on mobile orders. He did a great job. The issue was that they were making the orders but no on was putting on the to-go shelf. I waited extra 20 minutes before my food was ready. The order was accurate; however, the food was cold which was kind of disappointing (I heated it) but the food was fresh; it tasted good. There are a lot of growing pains they need to work out.

This is the best Chipotle experience I’ve had so far. The place was very clean, even during the Saturday evening rush, the staff was relaxed, friendly, attentive, and clearly having a good time working together. This is a rare experience, especially in Miami

Food wasn’t labeled let alone made right. Ordered double chicken for one and got what looked like less than normal. Other burrito was supposed to have veggies and did not. No Guac after ordering it online and the girl at the window was not helpful at all. If you do not want to be at the window then communicate with your manager instead of giving a rude attitude to customers who are already hungry and have short patience. Basic Food service.

Everytime my husband goes there he gets plates for the family. They always have an issue with us ordering 5 or 6 plates and is very rude. Never makes him feel comfortable to order. These employees definitely shouldn’t be in a restaurant setting.
