I recently placed an online order, on 2-1-2023. Picked it up and when I got home, I opened the bag, and it was a disaster, for the exception of one burrito. The steak quesadillas did not look like quesadillas. They were a mess. One piece looked as if everything was thrown in there. the other piece only had cheese. I ordered the 3 tacos, hard shell. Well, the 3 tacos ONLY THE SHELLS, were thrown in an aluminum bowl. Nothing in them. The add-ins were actually placed on three soft shells, stuck together, making one. I have pictures of the tacos. Unfortunately the quesadilla was thrown out could not take a picture. WHAT A MESS CHIPOTLE. Shame on your employees. YOUR PERSONNEL IS REALLY BAD!! You are paying them for doing nothing. Don’t buy there, it’s disgusting.

Really bad experience. I’m a local and I always like to buy from this store because of convenience but lately the quality has gone far down. I always ask for a double carnitas bowl but they always put regular even if I paid extra. Their peppers are raw when they are supposed to be grilled. Black beans are horrible, not enough salt and watery. The restaurant is always dirty with a strange smell. In the utensil area there was no spoons. This place needs a better management.

Easily the worst Chipotle location in Dade county. Consistently running out of ingredients at random times of the day (steak, didn’t have cheese twice, no hot sauce, etc). Staff of teens seem clueless and indifferent all the time. Horrible location.

Yesterday, May 30th, I visited Chipotle at 7:00pm with the intention of quickly ordering some food to take home. While I successfully ordered two bowls without any issues, I was disappointed when I tried to order a quesadilla from the kids menu. The employee informed me that it was only available for online orders, despite it being clearly listed on the menu posted onsite.
