This restaurant is always dirty if you go in the afternoon. Trash is always overflowing. I ordered online and picked it up through the drive thru and when I got home and opened my bowl they gave me a completely different order. So I went back another day to get a free bowl and I come home and the chicken is flavorless! Tastes like they bowled it and then put it on the grill. I won’t be going back to this location.

Every time I come to this chipotle they’re either out of something or disgustingly dirty. I understand chipotle is supposed to give you a scoop of protein but you can clearly see I was given a quarter of a scoop. Sucks that this is my closest chipotle I definitely recommend going to another location.

I order a burrito and clearly the item is not what I ordered. This is like a kid size for $14? Everytime I order from here on DoorDash they always are missing an item I wanted or giving old and stale veggies, and literally no meat. Unsatisfied all the time.

This Chipotle is the worst! They try to speed you through ordering and just throw the food together. I was in there on a slow day and they couldn’t even role my burrito, I got home and it was literally in pieces. Drive a little further and try another chipotle it’s not worth the money

AVOID this place. There is NO supervison. They constantly have absolutely no one cooking food. I was there at 7pm and they said they did not have half the menu. No beans no brown rice and only half the meat. Most of the 5 teenage looking workers were standing around talking. The only one that seemed to care was a young short girl with glasses.

Put in mobile drive thru order, showed up 20 minutes later at the specified pickup time. Long line in drivethru and it took 30 minutes in line to get my food. Corporate Chipotle needs to take into account how busy store is when allowing mobile/online ordering. This is the second long drivethru experience I have had at this location. Will not use visit this location anymore. On the plus side, the food was good and still slightly warm.

This Chipotle has very poor quality of food and service. I have ordered a few times but this last time was horrible. Ordered a burrito bowl with barbacoa and basically got a rice bowl with no meat, little salsa, lettuce, sour cream and RICE!

Always whenever I get food here there’s a problem. Out of almost 10 times of ordering here, only once I was really satisfied with my food. They are always forgetting things with my order (food of course) and it’s a hassle getting a refund. They need to hire new employees or a new night manager because this is horrible!

Fabulous place to go. The food is amazing and truly fresh. They were skimpy on the rice for some reason in this visit. The workers were very friendly and helpful to all my questions. They are also bilingual. Just bring a jacket as it was a bit cold. Lol…
