I went here with my son to get him chips and salsa as it’s one of his favorite foods. When we walked in I thought I was at a night club, the music was obnoxiously loud and for anyone who has a sensitivity to loud sounds or music, I recommend not visiting this location.

After ordering online we proceeded to the chipotle lane to pick up our food. We were 2-3 mins early for when the app said it would be ready. Only to be told we needed to leave the line and come back( keep in mind no one was behind us). As we were circling we saw no one in line so decided to go in thinking we would have a better chance of getting our food, yeah no chance! Employees in the back were too busy playing on their phones, chatting and talking to each other to bother fixing our food. As soon as the food on the counter line was long enough the same employees decided now would be the time to put them in bags. To which said employees didn’t bother to wash hands after touching personal items then touching food. Finally after waiting an additional 10 mins over our initial time given we received our food. To discover the beans were spilled all along side the bowl getting every where in the car and clothes.

I have ordered from this location several times and they alway messed up my orders. Either it’s something missing or wrong items. This time, we ordered to pick up through the chipotle lane and because of the bad previous experiences I checked my order and it was wrong, the sour cream was missing and the side of chips too; I had to go inside and talk with the worker and while they help me it took them almost 10 minutes to remake the quesadilla ( I was the only one in the line, and they were not understaff, at least 6 people where behind the counter but not sure if hiding or doing something in the kitchen.

I have come to this location multiple times (typically between 8 and 9pm) and every time I go they are out of fajita veggies and lettuce. Yesterday was quite different, as I saw the representative take off a cover to reveal fajita veggies and place them on mobile orders. I then asked “may I have fajita veggies with my order please?”, where the representative specifically stated “Those are only for mobile orders” and refused to give me some. As to not cause a scene, I proceeded to pay and leave. Why is it your location is not prepping enough product for the level of volume it experienced? I would expect for this location to be able to accommodate all guests, not just some of them.

This is the worst chipotle in Orlando. The service is rude and takes forever. They are always out of 3 to 4 things with no plan to make more. You will always wait minimum 20 minutes in line even if you are the first in-line because they start making mobile orders on the regular line starting at 8 o’clock. Whoever runs this store should pursue a career change. I also saw a employees airpod fall into rice and they just picked it out and walked away

I used to eat in chipotle, but today I was shocked. I ordered pick up bowl from Uber eats, and when I got home I found out they put just THREE small pieces of chicken, THREE! And the size of bowl was like 40% smaller than they used to have. Very disappointed because I was so hungry
