Came in at 9:59pm. They was no food or any employees at the counter. I walked in even took a picture and not a single person said anything. Everyone was in the back talking and hanging out. Guess ms they decided to close and hour early today. First time I have ever seen anything like this definitely will not be returning.

The employees here did an AMAZING job! This is some of the best customer service that I’ve ever encountered at a Chipotle. Both of the young women who prepared the food, and worked the cash register showed management level performance.

My daughter and I happen to love chipotle, but this particular location is always filthy. Every time we walk in there we walk right out due to nobody cleaning up. You can’t expect to have a line out the door and the people behind the counter serving to stop what they’re doing and clean tables floors, and empty garbage cans absolutely disgusting.

Visiting the restaurant yesterday I had requested three plates and one order was steak and chicken and one was just chicken and I requested El Pastor as well as my third plate . While being advise that I would have to wait five minutes while it’s being chopped up the meat, there was a long line in the restaurant and I ended up waiting for about 12 minutes for the “fresh chopped meat” . The server decide to finally after 15min I asked if there was an update on my food that I was waiting on and all of a sudden he decided to walk over to the mobile ordering food side and give me old meat after asking a coworker if that was acceptable but making me wait 15 minutes for fresh chopped meat . Unacceptable and disgusted. Never heard back after my complaint

Never had an issue before but tonight different story.. Ordered 3 tacos and what I got was one big mushy taco, everything was cold, it doesn’t look like they put much time into these but $30 for 2 items I think you should be able to eat a taco and not have to try to separate them from one another… Shame on you Chipotle!! This is how you lose customers.

The place was very busy so we ordered through the app. We waited 15 mins after the app said it would be ready, even though the app never said they were even preparing the food. Went in and waited, then they asked for the name, went in the back grabbed it. We ate outside. The food was prepared wrong even though the labels were correct. The food was also cold. Also, every table and the floors were very messy. Definitely not a good experience. I will give them the benefit of the doubt as they were very busy. Hopefully next time will be better.

I have been to many Chipotle locations but the one located on WP Ball in Sanford, Fl was the worst! When I walked in the grill boy was making chicken and the grill was loaded with salt. I simply asked if he would select one for me with minimal salt due to my heart issue at which time he agreed. Soon after he ignored my request, put more chicken and salt on the grill and started an entire conversation with 2 guys that were at the end of the line instead of working the grill. I waited 25 minutes to be overlooked and at no time acknowledged about my meal. The employees on the take out side played more than they worked. A male worker with glasses came out to announce items that they were out of….corn, fajita, hot sauce and cilantro rice. The beans appeared as if they had been sitting there for 1 to 2 hours. No one was checking the temperature of the food. The atmosphere was terrible and the guy with the glasses, short curly hair was rude as heck. To be honest I walked out after waiting 25 minutes. This restaurant failed every expectation when you hear, see or think of Chipotle. If a Manager or Lead was working, they definitely don’t deserve the position. What happened to the Welcome to Chipotle aura at this location? Just close the doors already!!!!!

First time coming to this specific Chipotle. Interior is nice. Order from the app, picked the time for my food to be done, and walked in and my food was there ready to go and fresh. Will be coming here more often in the future. I would like to say one thing…if this place would have wifi for guests, this place will be more amazing.
