We have always enjoyed Chipotle. However, the Winter Springs location needs help. We went there tonight and there was no food prepared, the eating area, tables and floor were dirty and messy; the employees were sitting around talking. No one was interacting with customers. They honestly did not care that customers were coming in. We left and will not go back.

We have been going to Chipotle in Winter Springs since they opened. Usually great food, clean restaurant, and friendly service. However, the last 12-18 months everything has been going downhill quickly. The past 8-10 times we have been there the restaurant was dirty, including where the food is prepared. The lines were long because they consistently run out of food. Tonight was the final straw. We went in at 7:30, well past dinner time, to find dirty tables and they were out of steak and brown rice. As usual, lots of dirty pots and pans on the prep station and all kinds of food scraps on the service station. After waiting 20 minutes to get our food, we get home to find my sons steak was raw (see pic). If this was not bad enough, the manager gives my son attitude when he asked for a replacement bowl. This is my last trip there. (Winter Springs location) I guess if I want Chipotle I will find a different location.

Walked in about 3:30 pm. About 4 people were sitting down eating, it wasn’t busy at all. No line at the front counter. Not a single peasant worker said “welcome in” or “we’ll be right with you” 4 or 5 of them were all at the cash register at the front counter. About 2 more were on the cook line. I waited for about 2 minutes at the front of the line, again the only one there. Nobody came up to make my food nor said we’ll be right there. Trash service! Can’t even rate the food because I walked out.

Made tacos but smashed them in a bowl which made it almost impossible to grab them without sticking your fingers in them or making a mess. If asking for extra cheese is such a hassle just charge me and make it easier. But having to ask 4 times for more cheese cause the guy takes a small pinch and then let’s half of it drop before it gets to the burrito is annoying. I literally watched him grab four pieces of shredded cheese and put it on the burrito.

Served raw chicken and didn’t even pull the contaminated bin. Continued to serve a batch of RAW chicken to multiple people despite it being brought to the staff’s attention. I can only blame upper management for the consistently low motivation, enthusiasm and work ethic. There have been multiple incidents but I felt that this was the most important to note. If employees are so disconnected and unhappy that all hospitality is thrown to the wind, the work environment and management must truly be trash. Most locations are as terrible as this one so I have a sneaking suspicion some district leader is absolute TRASH. Coming from someone in management, PURGE your store GMs and district leaders before your profits continue to tank and you’re replaced anyways. Well wishes

Another not so great experience here. The oviedo location is so much better. Continuously getting small portions, wrong items, cashier errors, etc. On my taco I asked for extra fajitas and recieved one small portion of fajitas, plus only had 4 small pieces of steak on it. I don’t know how much is supposed to come on it but im just not impressed. I will continue to avoid this location until it changes.

The last time I went I was treated rudely basically the coworker was argumentative over the fact I wanted peppers added to my kids meal. I always order the same items never an issue. Literally watched the customer ahead of me order extra everything and nothing was said..me and the other customer were different complexions maybe that was it.. Literally was given the fewest portions possible when i asked for double meat they barely gave me anything. I don’t mind spending the money but i want to get what I paid for. I’d rather go to Bolay where they actually give you a good portion of food. DON’T COME HERE

Here at lunch rush and have never seen a chipotle run as smoothly as this one. Very efficient, like a well-oiled machine. Couldn’t help but here the shift manager, perhaps manager (young woman, dark hair, olive skin tone if the manager is reading), using effective, positive communication and coaching to newer team members to keep the flow smooth. I never write reviews but the effectiveness was too noticeable to ignore. Well done to this team.

Staff is terrible. They don’t put out mobile orders so then they think we should wait til the line gets down to give me the food which is literally the reason I do a mobile order so I don’t have to wait! I’ll be calling into corporate to tell them about how terrible this place is
