Food was great. I went through the drive through to avoid the horrendous mess I see in other peoples reviews. 3 stars given because it’s obvious these issues have been going on for months and nothing seems to get done to fix the problems. Hopefully Chipotle does something to fix this

This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever visited. Do not ignore this review. The place was absolutely filthy with the amount of staff available. Someone could have swept and clean the tables. The food appear to have been sitting for hours. Majority of the canisters were empty. They had no vinaigrette. They were out of chipotle. They were out of steak. There were no lids. They were out of just about everything but chicken. If this store is a franchise, chipotle should take it immediately. This store does not represent the bran and is an utter and complete embarrassment to chipotle as a whole. It was so bad that the customers had to wrap their own. I’ll never go back.

I’m so fed up with this chipotle. The employees are always kind, friendly and helpful, but they are ALWAYS out of something, sometimes more then one thing. The quality and taste varies too – one time the bowl was way too salty, chips were stale, we picked up from the car lane with a guac on the side and it was a brown liquidy guac that must have been made AT LEAST a day before.

Very busy location, employees are always fast and friendly. Lobby could use some more attention, but the employees are so busy serving or cooking that it’s understandable. Maybe my fellow customers shouldn’t be such slobs… just a thought. I do, however, wish I could get some of the fajita veggies when I visit, but other than that, it’s a good place to eat.

Had a really good experience tonight at the store. Nicholas and Makayla were really great about our online order not going through (the Chipotle app glitched). They were able to put together our order quickly, which we greatly appreciate! Everyone was very friendly, smiling and personable. The restaurant was clean and the parking lot was nicely landscaped. The main thing is how amazing the two employees (Nicholas and Makayla) were at helping us! Will be visiting again soon!

I should have read the reviews, but I figured, it’s Chipotle, they are consistent. You can add poorly run Chipotle to the list of things wrong with Florida. I ordered a veggie bowl and it had no veggies!! How do you not tell someone who ordered a veggie bowl that there are no veggies? And why were there no veggies?! And no one told me when I picked it up. I had to get my own veggies at the rented condo I was staying at, so there was not much point in me even going to Chipotle! The restaurant itself was dirty, disorganized and a general mess. The drink station was a disaster. If I lived here I would never eat at Chipotle. Lesson is, read the reviews before you try a new Chipotle. They have gotten inconsistent in recent years.

Tables were disgusting, floor was dirty, no guac, no utensils and the drink station was sticky. No labeling on the bowls which resulted in us getting overcharged. Manager had no sense of urgency, team was dysfunctional.

Listen to the previous customers! This is the WORST Chipotle, I have ever been to for food!! Every single time I have been here, they leave out the Fajita veggies. I started to take photos of our food so I would have evidence. Every time I mentioned, I had photos to Chipotle customer service they didn’t want them. I thought why not? I told them it’s just this one store, in Fort Walton! I have been to the one in Pensacola at the Mall. Also, the new one in Gulf Breeze. Neither one has made a mistake with my previous orders. I prefer Gulf Breeze because of my location. Also, besides the missing fajita veggies, many screw-ups within my orders from Fort Walton as well. P.S. Chat with Pepper is a running joke, even with a live agent! They will never fix Fort Walton! The whole Team should be FIRED!! You take our money, and you can’t even get the orders right!!!
