My visit to Chipotle was consistent with my experiences at other branches. The food quality was satisfactory, and the assembly line-style service allowed for customization. However, the ambiance lacked uniqueness, resembling the standard decor seen in other locations. The staff was friendly and efficient, but nothing stood out to make this visit exceptional. Chipotle remains a reliable option for a quick and customizable meal, but I hoped for a touch of individuality in this particular branch.

Worst chipotle ever. The grill is dirty from cooking all day. The line looks there is a famine ( no meats ). It will be 10 or 15 min longer on anything and they don’t care. Chipotle needs to get someone in that cares about their job and cares about cooking for a living. Everyone in there looks miserable as hell….. not coming back. I have given this place 3 tries this was the last. So quick update…. After a while of not coming to chipotle I decided to give it a other try and we’ll…. The food and service was fine, but the condition of the store was very poor. The ice machine was overflowing into the floor causing the rug to be saturated. Garbage bins were also full and overflowing. Tables were not cleaned including the service counter. I realize the employees on hand looked understaffed and were doing their best to keep up with actual food preparation but the condition of the store was substandard.

You could tell the cashier hated his job for one thing! Asked for chips and queso and no chips, had to ask for some. Queso was chunky and threw it away. Ordered a kids taco plate. Only got tortillas and that’s it! Got home and realized the order was wrong!

Server was pretty unenthusiastic. Portions were smaller than other locations. Food was similar in quality. Server kept asking each one in our party of 3 “to go, or for here?” After we already said ‘for here’ as if my 5yo was gonna drive off somewhere by herself and eat.

We already visited some Chipotle Grills and eat usually a bowl. At this restaurant the order station at the counter was no so clean as usual. The food was good and fresh as well but the size was not as regular. The bowl was not so good filled as we knew it. Even the Guacamole was not fully filled.

Chicken Noodles
Came in about 1/2 an hour before closing. The place was filthy! Tables, drink machine, trash etc. It’s obvious no one goes out in that area and cleans. Behind the line, the worker was friendly, but it was very messy back there as well. Food thrown around and not very appealing when you walk up to see what you want to order. What happened to cleaning as you go?? I get when your busy, things may get thrown around, but it was slow and about to close. To me, No Excuse for it looking that way!

Chipotle on our way from Panama to Destin. Very busy one. Nice food and service was also very good. If you do not want to wait, they have online ordering. Outside seating available. Plenty of parking; Located in pier park area, easy to drive.
