I came in on a Saturday afternoon. There were two employees working. The one who was supposed to be greeting customers and taking the initial order was by far the most rude and unprofessional worker I’ve ever come across. There was not just no response to me greeting her and being polite, but I was given the look of disgust and completely ignoring me. Her “questions” were literally single words with a questioning tone; her portions were half a spoon of every single item, including extra toppings. So much so, that when I politely asked for extra cheese and she put the smallest amount of cheese I’ve ever had a Chipotle employee serve, I politely asked her to put more cheese on there and she put down literally a pinch of cheese as extra. Like a pinch meaning two fingers grabbing the tiniest amount of something. The employee also proceeded to slam down spoons after using them and looking at me like she was doing me a favor and I was out of my mind expecting her to do anything. Now, when the bowl finally got moved down to the cashier, I very politely asked her for an extra side that the other employee ignored. When the cashier proceeded to assist me with that, the other rude employee walked over to her. While turning her back towards us and facing the cashier, that employee proceeded to very loudly discuss the portion she administered and commenting on my order. Furthermore, the trash was overflowing, the utensils container was empty, tables were dirty. Chipotle isn’t known for good customer service, but this one is by a landslide the absolute worst location I’ve been to with no standards.

This is hands down the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Always one angry employee running the entire line. Gets upset with the customer when they mess up an order. Always out of ingredients and extremely small portions. Obviously because they’re always out of ingredients. I don’t know why I continue to torture myself. Right next to the gym so it’s convenient. Never again at this location!!! I wish I could give 0 stars.

Loved this location for better customer service and good quality food as compared to other locations. Veggie bowl is tasty and healthy options for us. They deliver with full flavor to it. Enjoyed every meal at this location.

Worst food quality we’ve ever had at a Chipotle. The rice was hard, the salad was rotten, and our chips were stale. We are from out of town so we didn’t realize all of this until we were already on the road again with our order. I was luckily able to file a compliant through the app since we weren’t able to in person. We had also ordered pick up and had to wait 15+ minutes after the scheduled pick up time which I wouldn’t have cared about if the food was good but that was sadly not the case. So glad this isn’t our local Chipotle.

by far the worst chipotle i’ve ever been in.. they didn’t have any proteins, i asked for a veggie burrito and he gave me a burrito with rice and beans. He gave me half a spoon of rice and some beans. I asked about the veggies and he said no they don’t have any. I asked what they had and all they had was chicken and steak. I asked for steak and he gave me a little spoon full, about 5 pieces. I asked for cheese and he gave me a little sprinkle of cheese. I asked for more and he gave me a little. This location had nothing, not even napkins. The trash was overflowing, this location needs a lot of attention and work.

I never leave reviews and it’s taken about 5 bad experiences in a row for me to take the time to leave this here. This is BY FAR the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to, no question. They NEVER have it together. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue, supply issue, or what, but the line is always out the door, everyone is moving slowly, and if you order online, don’t expect it to be ready at the requested time. The trash is always overflowing, no ice in the ice machine, no utensils, out of protein, etc. I could go on, but you get the idea. I really like Chipotle and this is the closest one to my office so I like to grab it for lunch. But after this last experience of poor service, I won’t be back. I know I’m not the only one who experiences these issues, as evidenced by the line of 30 people waiting for food. Do better, Chipotle.

Food is good but wouldn’t recommend ordering online. Ordered online once and the chicken bowl was a sloppy mushy mess. Way too much sour cream that just ruined the bowl for me. So I would heavily recommend just waiting in line for your food so you can watch it be made. Would be better if they could keep the fajitas vegetables in stock because my bowl doesn’t feel complete without it. Almost every time I come, they are out of fajitas vegetables.

This chipotle is disgusting and poorly run. As I ordered today, the line on which my bowl was made was covered in old food. As the employee assembled my bowl, they dragged it across the work surface gathering all this food debris. Once i was finished ordering the employee lifted the bowl and placed it directly on top of the gathered debris as they sealed the aluminum top. As I walked toward the cash register, I watched this same employee then separate the lettuce from within that pile of debris and put it back into the container of fresh lettuce on the line. I would have said something to the manager but they were standing at the cash register, watching this all unfold, completely unbothered. The employee after all that went straight to the next customer without changing gloves. Do not eat here, especially if you are a vegetarian. That lettuce made contact with every single protein they offer.

I normally do not write a review on any restaurants, however, I had to for this one. On May 5 I purchase 2 burritos and a bowl where the rice was not fully cooked, and the food was way too spicy. That my kids and I couldn’t finish eating the food. I chatted with Pepper and provided my issues with the food and requested a refund, was told to allow time for a team to review and contact me. However, no-one ever contacted me. I kept trying days after with chatting with Pepper where only pre-recorded messages was received. I have also called customer service number and was advised to chat with Pepper again. Chatting with Pepper is no help at all, and I would love if someone would contact me back so that I can get my refund that I have been requesting. So disappointed in this restaurant. Will never eat here again. The company need a better way to communicate with customers then pre-recorded messages.
