This is honestly the worst place to order from. Every time I’ve ordered from here on more than one different occasions, I have never got what I ordered correctly. I ordered recently today and I’m telling you there is no meat on my bowl. I don’t have steak and have chicken and there was nothing on my ball besides lettuce, tomato and guacamole. I also ordered a drink. The drink was not in the bag. If you guys are looking for a place that will rob you of your money this is this address. Don’t spend your money here!

THE WORST customer service I have ever received. On 7/31/23 at 2:05 pm I arrived to pick up a mobile order that should have been ready at 2 pm. The staff was rude and nonchalant about my order not being ready despite several customers walking in placing orders and walking out before I received mine. There seems to be a lot of unprofessional joking around amongst staff which clearly takes precedence over customer service and satisfaction.

Do not waste your time!! Never have all the ingredients to complete a order NEVER I called tonight before placing online order, I asked the staff member did they have steak for the quesadilla & chips… she said you have to order that online I said I’m aware of that but I’m calling to insure you have the ingredients. She said yes we have it!! Go to pick up steak quesadilla with veggies side of chips, sour cream & vinaigrette GUESS WHAT NO VEGGIES NO CHIPS & no vinaigrette. Don’t let me forget they was out of large cups so he gave me two medium cups. True story

Just left chipotle and was treated with an attitude. Should have got her name but she’s the skinny black girl working the register right now. She sure was nice to her friend and the next two customers. As I’m waiting she looks at me with eye roll grabs my food. No thank you or have a good night. Came to order a simple quesadilla and was told that it was the only item on the menu that they couldn’t make without it being ordered online first. I told her to just make it and I would pay for it with my phone on the app and she told me she couldn’t do that! Most ridiculous nonsense I’ve ever heard! I walked out.
