I have been to a lot of Chipotle locations across the US and I really hope the attitude the front line staff had tonight is temporary. No smiles…tossing the food…wow! Not my choice to return to this location any time soon. At least fake to be friendly.

We arrived at5:56 and it is now 6:26. Within 3 minutes of paying I notified the cashier that they were ot of sweet tea. About 5 min later notified the employee that was cleaning up. Now it’s 6:28 and they finally replaced the container of tea. The food was not as good as your store on International Speedway in Daytona Beach

This is one of my go-to spots, but the food is on/off. For some reason the cook feels required to dump the whole container of salt into the mix, making it inedible as it literally burns my mouth. Why so much salt??? If I could taste anything but salt, I’m sure my sofritas bowl would have been great. Very disappointed. It’ll be a while before I give this place another try. Glass half full.

We attempted to order via the app. This was a fail 2x. Upon arriving, they let me know they never received our order. When I went in to order, I could only order what was on the board. They food had been sitting for a while and was not warm. Inside was not very clean. We will not visit again.

I am a big chipotle fan and visit the port Orange location routinely, I was very excited for this location to open as I live in NSB. We ordered take out and understandably the restaurant was very busy on opening day but that’s no excuse for how our food turned out. There was almost no cheese in my cheese quesadilla, and they didn’t give me the sour cream, they didn’t include the sour cream I ordered for my sons meal, and they added the wrong kind of salsa to my husband burrito. Needless to say we were very disappointed with our experience.

Mobile ordered 2 bowls and both had wrong ingredients. Asked for mild pico and we were given the hottest salsa making it almost inedible. I asked for lettuce and did not get any. To top it off, both of our bowls were only 2/3 filled. I get that they just opened and probably have new hires, but this was the worst experience I’ve had with chipotle. I still wish they built a Chick-Fil-A there instead…

Nobody trained, long wait, switched the employee who was serving me, she didn’t know how to make it! Then she put them in aluminum foil together. Wait at the cashier for change, out of silver. The 83 cents was given back in nickels. Photos
