I paid $22 for a steak burrito bowl, extra meat and guac. Paid $6.65 (unexpected price) for extra the steak and the amount looked light. As ocd as it sounds, I got home and weighed the meat in at a “whopping” 5.31oz when each serving is supposed to be 4oz. This is my fourth time having this problem, clearly management does nothing to correct it. Disappointing because I really do like their food, I’m not over paying and getting under served here again.

Typical Chipotle, too few people working there so no one is available to clean the dining room area, so that was messy as usual. Food is okay. Service was fine. Place is busy around typical meal times. This evening this particular location couldn’t take credit cards – so it was an all cash situation. Thankfully we had cash. No iced tea – that seemed unusual because most of the ones I visit have iced tea. Overall better than most fast food places – but definitely not as good as Chick-fil-a, but those are closed on Sundays so what are you going to do when you want a decent fast food place for a quick bite to eat? You go to Chipotle.

Love this Chipotle. Very conveniently located, and the staff are awesome. I ordered online and to no fault of the staff, my order was incorrectly filled (there was an issue with the app and I got a completely different bowl). In the middle of the lunch hour, when the line was long, they kindly replaced my bowl at no extra charge while still tending to the in-store customers. No complaints. No nickel and diming. They just handled it, apologized (which was unnecessary), and filled it. This is my go to Chipotle in the area and now I have more reasons why.

I love Chipotle Mexican Grill! It’s my go-to place for a quick and delicious meal. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I can customize my order to suit my preferences and dietary needs. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the restaurant is clean and inviting. I especially enjoy their burrito bowls, which are loaded with rice, beans, meat, cheese, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream. They are so filling and tasty that I never get tired of them. I also like their chips and queso, which are crunchy and cheesy. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Chipotle Mexican Grill to anyone who loves Mexican food!

They will scrape dried rice off the edges before new rice for your dish and it’s so hard you can’t chew it. Went today and this locations staff is incompetent to do anything. Burrito ripped while wrapping it and just proceeded to wrap it in tin foil then got a attitude when I ask for a to go blow to place it in since it was falling apart. Not worth the money servings are small food is over cooked or dry and staff is rude rather drive to daytona‘s location just for the better staff

This place has gone downhill bad. Waited 40 minutes for this is a $14 bowl!!! “Extra steak and chicken” it should have been but there’s no chicken not to mention the rice is over cooked and I hardly got any food in my bowl in the fist place. Also out of chips and guac. I feel like I paid for table scraps. You’d get better food at taco bell at this point.

Honestly the most mid chipotle I’ve ever been too. From inconvenienced customer service to pushy cashiers who need to say the total atleast 4 times while watching you pull your wallet out to give it to them. The portions were so small here as well, never have I ever left a chipotle still hungry. A sprinkle of rice, is there even steak in this bowl rn? I had to ask for double salsa because I’d kinda wanna taste it in my bowl. The girl asked my s/o burrito or bowl, he said burrito. She grabbed a bowl then gave him an attitude when he said “I asked for a burrito not a bowl”.

For a restaurant that doesn’t allow their employees to wipe the tables without sticking their hand out to make sure nothing hits the floor because otherwise, it would be a “waste of labor,” they sure are making terrible business decisions. I ordered delivery off the chipotle app & my food was delivered by a drunk doordash driver. I received a cold burrito. Tacos with zero correct toppings. Hot drinks. & Missing chips. When I called the store to try to make it right, I found out they do nothing over the phone anymore, and that I had to talk to a robot, which gave me a coupon for one drink and an order of chips and queso… For later. Huge waste of $60.
