Wow at least the staff is nice and friendly, but the salad today was not up to the normal Chipotle standards. I had the steak and the new chicken flavor. Both were overcooked and dry as the Sierra. The new chicken flavor, tasted like a nasty sweet BBQ sauce that did not sit right with my palette, and the steak is just the steak cooked horribly. Don’t think I’ll go back to this location.

Absolutely disgusted with this whole experience. Firstly, the customer service was terrible. We ordered our bowls and were given minuscule portions of rice, veggies, and protein. My bowl was barely even half full. I was there with three vegetarians who ordered VEGGIE bowls. However, all three found meat in their bowls. This could be physically detrimental to them — it’s dangerous. After bringing it to the staffs attention, they were not apologetic whatsoever, nor were we offered a refund. They told us the meat was actually in the queso, and that the meat sometimes falls into the queso. Yet they continue to serve it without notifying the customers, and just recommended that we no longer order the queso. This is in violation with multiple safety and health codes. I’ve included an image of the meat we found in the veggie bowls. Extremely disappointing. Will not be back.

IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! We had a catering order for a rehearsal dinner that was supposed to be delivered to our hotel by 5pm. We paid a $70 DELIVERY FEE & tipped $100 on top of that, just for them to tell us at 4:45 that “unfortunately this order is for pick up” when we called to ask about it. We were even texted a link to track the order. When asked if we would be refunded the “delivery fee” the store manager just gave us a number to call instead of making it right. This is the most unprofessional inconvenient experience for something so important! I will ABSOLUTELY NOT be doing business with this restaurant ever again. At any location. Absolute trash.

The food is not bad for a fast food establishment. The chicken was a bit over cooked and the tortilla chips were stale, but all together,not bad. Clean establishment and friendly staff. A lot of food for the money.

Portions are small and you have to ask for more. Customer service could use improvement. The girl making my food looked annoyed and didn’t say a peep to me the entire time. Won’t be back for a little while. Food is good though when you are craving it.

I use to go to chipotle a lot. It was originally know for it portions. Now your bowl doesn’t even get filled up. Half a scoop of rice and if you ask for a full one it’s extra… skimp on the protein too. I don’t know if it’s all of chipotle and a new policy. But I don’t see the point of going here if the portions are going to be so bad.

Food is average at this location compared to others. The service is bad. I (genuinely) asked when they started charging for the vinaigrettes and was met with multiple dirty looks and someone who said “when people started taking advantage of it.” Not sure how you can take advantage of a dressing, but I digress. I paid 50 cents for a dressing anyway because it’s good, but some empathy and a smile goes a long way.

Went here on two separate occasions and the manager; I think Zef was her name the person with ginger hair older lady. We scanned with our chipotle rewards(which I guess are completely useless at this store) for free chips and she still had us pay for them. We told her and she didn’t even care she just said it’s 1.80 for some chips. Yes we know that but we have rewards, so why would be pay?? Only ever had issues was when this person cashed us out….. In the end the manager was Completely useless and rude. We’ve been here several times before and spent a lot of money here before. Never been treated this badly before. Needless to say I won’t be returning here much anymore after that experience….. it’s not the money that is the problem it’s the principle that we have acces to free stuff and we get scammed. Someone fire her.

Chipotle you’ve done it again, I can’t quite figure out what the perfect storm is that makes this particular chipotle so bad. Every time we go it’s something just weird. They always forget your salsa and a few of the workers talk to you like you’re a toddler but hey that’s to be expected, that just adds to the color and charm of this establishment. But this time, I’m a bit bewildered. My boyfriend found a whole avocado skin in his bowl… how does this happy guys? Let’s work to make this better. Together. I want you to succeed. Thank you.
