Kesha Bunting Sells Real Estate
This this location has the recipe for a food born illness. Cleanliness is not their strength, however their customer service makes up for it. I wanted to give them less stars but I am assuming they are busy and understaffed. Hopefully this review will alert management to do something about this location as it is near all the hotels and hotspots in Columbus, GA. We were only visiting from out of town for a track meet. First impressions are everything, and the first impression today was definitely poor.

Straight up the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. It started before I personally entered as my fiance was asked “you gonna order already?” before she had even reached the counter. The employee who took our order was the rudest fast food individual I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. She rushed my fiance despite us being the only ones at the time in the building. When they were out of something she’d say “we’re out of that, what else you want?” As my food was coming complete, there were about 6 more people who needed to order. She made sure to get to everyone else’s order before checking me out, allowing plenty of time for my child’s, my fiance’s, and my food to get cold. I only had gotten my food after I audibly expressed my disdain for the situation. To her credit, there were at least 2 employees that could have helped her if they wanted to but we’re preoccupied with wasting time.

This Chipotle has to be one of the worst in cleanliness and customer service. As shown in the pictures their trash can is overflowing to the point that trash is literally falling on the floor.

Bad attitudes for the young ladies preparing the bowls. I asked for chips, and I was told they are only for online orders. I asked for fajita vegetables 3 times before someone finally replied, ” Oh, we aint making no mo.” The service was rushed and horrible!! The lettuce was brown and wilted. The kitchen looked disgusting!!! There was more food on the floor than the counters. No one seemed like they wanted to be there. They were acting as if they were about to close, but it’s only 8 pm, and they don’t close till 11 pm. The nothing looked fresh at all!! Don’t plan on ever coming back!!

Being consistent customers with chipotle, it’s not worth the customer service we have been getting lately. This is our third time coming to this location and every time it has been a problem! It’s either they don’t put the right ingredients on the order when you pick it up or they are out of ingredients. How are you out of the main items? The meats! If you are out, make more. I have nothing but time. Obviously the people working here just could care less. That seems to be a trend in customer service lately. My husband and I will not waste another minute coming back here.

The restaurant was very nasty, the tables were dirty with previous food that others had left. The bathroom was unsanitary. Someone left a used tampon next to the toilet paper. The staff was decent and did their jobs. The food was mediocre . I normally like eating at Chipotle but this one restaurant was a turn off.

This location is hit or miss. They rarely open on time, the staff is either nice adjacent or projecting misery and their portions are random. I’ve gone here and had excellent service. Usually after complementing the workers in hopes of brightening their mood a bit. I get they have a hard time and customer interactions can be draining but I’m always taken aback when they’re rude and angry at 10:45am. I always tip in cash. I’ve tried their app but they didn’t start to go orders when they opened. Lesson learned. Overall my last few experiences have been awful so I won’t likely return anytime soon. Maybe they’ll get it together someday

The place seems frequently understaffed. Causing long lines, rushed customer service, and shortages of ingredients. They are usually out of one or more proteins and fajita vegetables. Online orders have been wrong in the past when I’ve gotten them. Cleanliness is overall poor with overflowing trash cans and a sloppy countertop.
