The food is good when it’s right, but when it’s wrong they don’t make it right. I called the store after realizing my order was wrong. The recording said follow the link on my email for any incorrect orders. Customer service emailed back an apology with a buy one get one offer rather than fixing what I had already paid for. I asked if that was in addition to fixing my current order and they more less said No.. You get what you get.

Great pickup experience ordering on the app! Done fast, exactly when they said it would be, and easy to pick up at the drive through window. Health inspection rating was 100, food was delicious and well packaged, pickup window service was friendly and fast. Shady place to park and let the driver eat also. Mixed opinions of this place. Not busy on a Sat night, so the service was great. Food was good, no issues with that. Just super expensive. $75+ for a family of five… I could have paid less at Applebee’s or Chili’s for much more food same quality & better atmosphere. Bring plenty of money for this fast food mex place.

The rice was undercooked and when we went to have another plate made, they said they had no other rice. They gave us our money back, but we watched them continue to serve undercooked rice. The beans and chips were not right either, the manager didn’t seem to care that the food was garbage to keep serving it, gross!

The chips are ALWAYS stale. I’ve never had a single time when they weren’t. This last time you could tell they mixed their old chips in with the new ones so they didn’t have to throw them away. It’s not that hard to do your job the right way. Y’all are way to pricey to be giving out nasty old food

Food was very good and the staff was friendly. This location does show signs of a rushed opening and not quite being ready for full service. Hopefully, this will improve (Update: several months later it has, the line is fully stocked and some of the new offerings, like the Chicken al pastor are excellent)
