Absolutely rude service. We just stopped by to try out this location, we usually go to Alps road. I guess there’s no worthwhile chipotles in Athens. There was a huge storm that just passed; it knocked out the power across town for a bit. By the time we got to Chipotle their power was back on, but the door was locked. We knocked and they ignored us for several minutes. When an employee finally came over, she sneered at us “I tried to tell you we’re closed. The power’s out.” As if we were supposed to know that’s why you closed 5 hours early despite all the power clearly currently being on. Such a disappointment!

Food quality and taste excellent. Portions poor. In some fairness I did the guajillo without rice or beans. Buying their chips at $1.80 when most are free, but only filling 1/5 of the bag. I get it shrink inflation. But still disappointing

The new watermelon limeade is really good. The new Al pastor chicken is pretty good as well. First time at the new location was a good experience the second time I got a steak bowl and it was bad.

The young black girl at the 3 o’clock hour on Thursday, August 24 was rude out of order. The manager, however, did satisfy the great customer service. However, it was about the portions of the food they have changed since last month. You only get one scoop of this and one scoop of that or else is a double. I was unaware of that, so she took it upon herself to walk over and say oh that’s a double. Course I said excuse me. We are not gonna go back-and-forth here I stated.

My friend and I stopped for lunch and ate outside. Umbrellas gave enough shade so it was pretty nice. We had such a nice lunch, I walked away from my pocketbook. After calling the other Athens location to ask for a different phone number, that store manager called this store manager since she knew him. He said he had the pocketbook and would keep it safe in the office. Long story short, picked it up and everything was still there ❤️ Loved the food, staff and am very grateful

I walked into Chipotle on yesterday. It was my first time at this location. They had one person working who moved slowly. When he finally got to me, he was putting the minimal amount of food on my salad. He acted as though he really didn’t want to be there. I don’t think I will be going back to that location anytime soon.

By far the BEST Chipotle on the planet. For some reason the food is just better at this one. The manager is also super friendly and helpful.

Tonight my husband and I decide to stop here for a bite to eat, I must say I was a little bit hesitant. My last experience was not that good. My food my meat was cold not hot. I like my meat to be hot to make sure there’s no bacteria growing in it so I decided to request they heat my meat on the griddle. The young man told me he will make an exception that company policy is not to do this. That really upset me I expect it at the price they charge to serve me a hot burrito or hot tacos not warm tacos or Luke warm burritos. It’s very disappointing so please beware and cautious and stay away unless you desire to get sick.

The atmosphere is nicer than other local chipotle’s, however, the employee adding meat to my food put roughly a tiddlypoot AT MOST to the point where I was forced to request more. When I did, he sighed, it seemed as though he was questioning his life choices.

Not sure whats so hard about maintaining safe temperature of food, but this place can never do that. Meats are supposed to be kept hot to be safe for consumption, but here they never are. Oh, and if you ask the staff to heat your meat before serving it to you, they will tell you it “against the rules”. Ok, so your boss will be upset for making sure you don’t give people food poisoning lol. Truth is, they wont heat it for the same reason it isnt served hot to begin with, because they are too lazy. My wife and I were both sick all night after eating here. Run, dont walk away from this place
