Food was great. There was a few burnt pieces of veggies in my bowl. But otherwise perfect. Also is you have allergies, ask employees to change their gloves. Saw an employee serving with food on her gloves and she never stopped.

I adore the team here! I eat Chipotle a lot, and this location is BY FAR my favorite! The team is always pleasant and accommodating. I can recall working so late that I completely lost track of time, and missed most food options. I rushed to this location and may have made it by chance in the door by a couple of minutes after closing. The team could have turned me around, as they are within right, but they instead welcomed me without so much as an ounce of irritation on their faces.

Never coming to this location again. For the old Hispanic lady to be so disrespectful. There was a problem with my burrito, so the cashier said I can have an extra tortilla to fix the problem myself instead of having them make me a whole new burrito.

Shrinkflation is rampant at this Chipotle. They barely scooped any rice for me. The guy in front of me had to ask her 5 times to scoop more rice and she scooped in a basically empty container 5 times when there is another full container that she wouldn’t scoop from, before someone else finally came over to scoop from that other container.

This is the worst chipotle. The cashiers sucks. The light skin one with the blue eyes is rude. the line workers move with no sense of urgency. I asked for 3 vinaigrettes or if I could pay for the extra. She claimed they don’t make a lot in a day. That’s not my problem normally when I come and the black girl was the cashier she would give me 4. This is a big dry bowl. Go to the one on northside drive. Oh yeah and the corn and vinaigrette they did give me tasted frozen.

The service and food was horrible. I ordered a kids quesadilla but they made me a normal quesadilla. My child’s meal that was supposed to be 4 dollars ended up being 13 dollars. The quesadilla was also very burnt and inedible. The only compensation for the 11 dollar difference was a small drink and chips. The also condescendingly told me I should’ve asked for a kids. When I told her that I had, they brushed it off saying that “oh yeah she has really bad hearing” about the employee who took my order. I found this very invalidating and also cruel to the employee as they said it right next to her.

If I could give no star I would, my co-workers and myself ordered lunch from the Buckhead location on Peachtree Rd earlier today and we were barely given any rice, what you see in the picture is how all of our meals were even with my co-worker asking for more. I have never been more disappointed in Chipotle in all the years that I have been patronizing the restaurant and the $16.10 cost from what I received was $16.09 too much to pay. NEVER AGAIN

Well run Mexican fast food chain. Food is well prepared, cafeteria style, under your direction. This is a step up from the standard low cost Mexican fast food restaurant chain. Come enjoy a high calorie, delicious burrito, bowl, taco or salad. Nice restaurant atmosphere with great background music. Ample parking is behind the building.
