If you enjoy good tasting food presented in an acceptable way, do not eat here. You will instead get undercooked, hard rice, undrained pico de gallo, a slung spoonful of sour cream, rationing of lettuce and nasty attitudes. This is the place where my love of burrito bowls goes to die. I would rather walk an hour north to Buckhead in 100° weather than go back to the 1080 Peachtree slophouse. I begged the server twice for more lettuce on my bowl, and she only pinched a few more pieces. I asked the cashier for more lettuce, and she asked the server for a side of lettuce. The server then put a few pieces of lettuce in a salsa container and threw it in the bag so forcefully I heard it *kerplunk* against the metal lid of the bowl.

It is difficult to order at this chipotle because the menu doesn’t read in order of ingredients and the font on the menu is too small. Staff was friendly. There is seating here. The soda fountain can jam. I ordered a salad but wish there were more lettuce and less corn.

I ordered a chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, veggies, lettuce, and sour cream. I received a bowl that is barely half full. I paid almost $25 dollars for a half full bowl. This is completely unacceptable. This is not the first time this had happened either with Chipotle on uber eats.

I had a very pleasant experience today. Before the young man made my burrito, I saw him wipe lettuce and cheese off the counter top and he crossed his hands on his chest while he waited for the rice to finish cooking. They brought him the rice and he proceeded to make my burrito. I stopped him and asked him to change the gloves. He stopped, washed his hands and put on another pair of gloves. He thanked my for making him aware that you shouldn’t be touching everything just because you have on gloves. The burrito was well made and delicious.

I have never given a bad review in my life but this was ridiculous. Every single part of our order was wrong. Two of our bowls were supposed to be steak and we both got chicken or something. We ordered large chips and queso but the chips were stale and we didn’t even get the queso. We had to go back for everything.

I placed an online order @10pm for pick up @10:20pm, I arrived at the store, they told me they didn’t have my order, then once they found my order they told me they don’t have anymore meat. I don’t understand how I place an order @10 and there’s no “food” when the store closes at 11pm. The employees In the store were horse playing and not properly acknowledging their customers, i usually look past the horrible service because my food is always correct and hot, but it’s unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. They either need more training, or new employees.
