I ordered online, for an 8:50 pickup. Not only was the food late by 10 minutes, I picked up my bag, which was unusually light, and see no napkins nor utensils inside. When I opened my bowl, lo and behold there is an entire chunk of food missing, as if the person making the bowl got lazy and half scooped everything.

Ordered through doordash. Received order but missing chips. Drove to location only to be told that they were out of chips. Very unprofessional employees working at this location. They could’ve told the dasher they were out! Lost a long time customer tonight.

Take out order pickup time came and went. I could’ve waited in line 4 times for the time it took to make my order. 20 minutes late. I don’t mind waiting but it’s really frustrating seeing the entire restaurant that waited in line get food first. They were also out of spoons, forks, and to-go top ware. Poor management. There were also 8 employees standing around doing nothing.

The rice was undercooked. For this to be a chipotle, it was rather bland. Very disappointing . Also, if you are hungry, don’t go to this location they barely give you any food… it reminded me of a school recession special cheaper but lesser.

Ordered a steak and chicken burrito bowl and it had Barbacoa in it. They were already 35 minutes behind when I received my order and did not want to wait an additional hour for them to fix it. On a late Saturday evening, they were 35 minutes behind on orders, RAN OUT of burritos (they were substituting bowls for burritos without telling anybody) and the lady preparing the orders was extremely rude when asked about any orders! Pick a different location!!!!!

My first unpleasant experience at this location. I was told the 3 pieces of chicken on this pic were a half a scoop of chicken for a half/half order. I should have left the order in the store but I had just left another location I won’t be patronizing anymore prior to this. Chipotle definitely did not survive the pandemic for me. This is unacceptable and corporate hasn’t emailed me back regarding it.
