It was my first time trying Chipotle EVER. The lady with the green beautiful eyes took care of me. She made me feel welcomed, happy and overall gave me a great experience. The establishment was clean, and vibrant. I am a Qdoba and Moe’s person, but now that I’ve been here I will become a regular.

Placed my order online and it stated it will be ready at 7pm. Once I got there they hadn’t even seen my order or the rest of the orders that were placed online. I ended up getting my order around 7:30pm. A large group of 8 walked in and they started telling everyone that they were only taking online orders but I did notice they did serve a few people in store and charged them. Seems they pick and choose who they service. The employee at the front didn’t know how to use the register so I assume that’s the reason they were only taking online orders, the rest of the employees were at the side doing online orders or drive thru. Simple fix would be to switch her to the back. They were out of queso, spoons and napkins. Around 7:50pm they decided to lock the door so new customers wouldn’t come in but people couldn’t leave or the people who ordered online couldn’t go in. What a hot mess, won’t be coming to this location again.

I’ve Always been satisfied with the quality of food and the service. It’s just every time I go. They’re out of chips and when I saw the chips in the drive-thru they told me that was online orders only so I had to go online to order bag of chips. I just felt that was very inconvenient and they should always keep chips on hand because that’s part of the Chipotle experience.

Man this is the last straw the evening crew doesn’t care they are legitimately happy when they run out of stuff and as a vegan the cross contamination with the meat and beans is ridiculous they used to be decent despite the reviews but it ain’t no way I’m gonna spend my money with them and they have so little care for presentation. As of 11/2/22 at 8:30pm whoever is the shift manager for this location needs to get it together it’s not closing time and they are not only “out” of items they have the place looking a mess.

I doordashed a burrito bowl from this location and it didn’t even include rice. $25.55 for this? If you didn’t have all the food to complete the order then don’t take the order. Simple. This location is the worst!

I visited after 10pm on today 5-13-23! 1st time at this location and the manager is extremely rude! She literally cursed the younger light skinned gentlemen out in front of customers! So unprofessional! Her energy is so bad, it’s showing on all the employees! The guy was nervous fixing my food because they were being yelled at like their mom is at work with them! This manager needs redirect for other and a whole lot more training! She lacks customer service!

Horrible service! Walked in the door 3 employees in the lobby on their phones, one says we only doing online orders. After we tried to submit the order well before the cut-off time. Another employee was rude and advised they weren’t taking anymore orders. Hmmm, can the employee cut-off orders to prevent someone from placing one? This was our first time visiting this location and will definitely be the last. Also you’re a restaurant, present yourself accordingly and clean up, especially the food station. It’s sad that in this zip code the service is poor. Do BETTER Chipotle!

Ordered online through the chipotle app , waited an hour and a half just for no one to pick up my food which caused me to pick it up myself !! Got there and grabbed my order before I was stopped by a girl who asked if everything was okay , I told her the situation and she offered me free guacamole which was very thoughtful , but once I got home and checked my food it was missing EVERYTHING that I ordered as you can see . I’ll just stick with the one in Mount Zion.
