There was a sign on the door indicating you could only do online orders and they had locked the doors. Ordered online and had to wait 20 minutes after pickup time for our food. Finally get home and was missing an item from my order, no utensils for the bowl, no napkins, and my burrito was so sloppy it had to be eaten with a fork. Poor experience all around.

The food and presentation was absolutely fantastic they did a great job packaging my food with no damage to my containers at all the service was fast and efficient and I am very pleased with my food and my customer care I will definitely be eating here again my entire party enjoyed everything we ended up getting six bowls all of which were made exactly the way we asked them to be made and they even gave us a little bit extra sauce a big thank you to Chipotle for this amazing dinner!

If I could rate this place with negative star’s I would. When I walked in (8/15/2023) my instincts told me to turn around and head back out but I didn’t listen. First off, the place just appeared dirty and the kids (yes, I called them kids) working in the place just did not seem to care. For this place supposedly to be a Mexican restaurant, there were no onions or cilantro on the bar. Again, this should have been a clue to me but I went on and ordered three steak tacos with pico.

I haven’t been to a Chipotle since I left FL so this was really nice. The staff is amazing . The scenery outside isn’t too bad, if you’re facing Sonic then you have a better view lol. Overall for my first time at this Chipotle I liked it.

Made an order on door dash. Paid roughly $70. Was missing over half of the order. Portion’s absolutely sucked. Not 100% sure if it was on door dash or the restaurant but never again. Save time and frustration and just go to Moe’s.

This establishment could be so much better if they cared about the customers and the business. I’ve visited this location several times and left reviewson google and the company site about my experience. With each visit I keep hoping that they’ll be better, but that’s wishful thinking at this point. They don’t serve quality food at all here, they are always out of items that complete the meal. The later it gets in the evening no one wants to do anything to keep serving the guest and it’s very clear because they set up to close down for the night. I really despise going to this store so I’ll continue to visit the location in Newnan they are always packed and I know why!

Placed an online order that said pick up was at 7:30 pm. Arrived around 7:25 and the inside was locked, drive thru wasn’t moving at all. Cars had to power off to wait. Finally got my food around 8:45 pm. Waited for over an hour just to receive nasty attitudes from the employees. Also, ALWAYS out of vinaigrette and veggies. A simple sorry for the wait and smile would’ve made the situation a LITTLE better, do better!!
