Ordered online. Showed up to find a dozen or so of us locked outside the restaurant without word or sign from the employees moving about inside (it was well past opening time). After 10 or 15 minutes the doors were finally unlocked (not opened). No apology, excuse or even acknowledgement was made for this incredible behavior (and I left a tip! What a dope I am.). After examining my order when I got home, I discovered it was toy-sized. According to other customers I spoke with, these are all common problems at this location.

I’ve generally had good experiences here but just recently I ordered a burrito with extra rice. What I got was a burrito the size of my fist. I asked them to add more rice and they ended up remaking it but putting the wrong meat in. I had to go back again and got another undersized tiny burrito. The guy on the online order lane was just sorry and didn’t put in any effort.

Very disappointed. I placed a mobile order, I get there and they didn’t acknowledge me for at least fifteen minutes and I wasn’t the only one waiting and visibly frustrated. The workers were too busy giggling with each other getting everyone’s mobile orders mixed up. She finally just basically threw my bag at me and didn’t say a single word to me other than asking my name. I get home, and there’s not one but two long dark hairs in my food. I get most people work just to get by bare minimum nowadays, but SOME of us work hard for our money and are expected to maintain a certain expectation at our place of work, so it should be the same standard everywhere. For this to be a college town, doesn’t mean you have to hire a bunch of lazy college kids. Get it together. Never coming back to this one.

Kind staff:) I travel all the way from Douglasville to this chipotle because out of the 8 chipotle’s I’ve been to along the way this store tastes the best. Rice isn’t too salty, beans have flavor, fijitas aren’t burnt to a crisp and chips aren’t soggy or stale. Nothing irritates me more than paying for food that isn’t up to par. Thankfully I never have to worry about that here, keep up the great job y’all !

Extremely dissatisfied in my visit. Ordered ahead of time and when I got there my order wasn’t ready. I work at chicken salad chick and know how rushes can be but it looked like the staff just wasn’t working. There was not a manager in sight maybe if there had been the staff would be better on top of things.

I want to know how the hell do you forget my quesidilla!? Drove all the way home to have to drive all the way back. And get this it was the silly manager that did it. When I drove back I really had to calm myself because I could have went off on him but I remand calm and told him he forgot my quesidilla. Oh on top of that he didn’t even apologize! Ridiculous won’t be back and hope corporate looks at there reviews. White man said he was the manager March 28th around 5:45pm it was a app order. Just a word of advice when YOU SCREW UP and inconvenience the customer at least apologize and then add FREE chips and guacamole 40 min round trip you caused them!
