Literally the best chipotle experience! I contemplated on going in once I counted 13 people ahead of me , but as soon as I walked in the line moved EXTREMELY fast. Tonight was my first time visiting this location and I am so happy to have had a great experience.. From the cleanliness of the lobby and food bar , the kind employees and the HUGE portion of food lol. 10/10

Never written a bad review at a restaurant before but wow. All the fountain drinks were flat and the “natural” drinks were either completely out or fermented from sitting for so long. The steak was absolutely awful. There were no trash bags in any of the trash cans so there was food and trash just thrown into containers. Just very gross. Will not be returning and I wouldn’t recommend..

Unfortunately, I have to do this it hurts to write these words because I wanted so bad for this location not to fall into the trap that’s associated with the stigma of local restaurants. Filthy conditions are everywhere. Franchise owners must just open a spot and leave. My folks are fans of Chipotle, and I knew they wanted to try it out. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a good first time.

This is a brand new store and every time that I come in here they never have fajita veggies prepared! This is ridiculous. It’s lunch rush hour and I don’t have time to wait on veggies. This is a standard item that I’m sure over 85% of the customers get. The gentleman in the front who appeared to be management (not sure) said that they guy had to prep them. Meal prepping should be done early in the am before the store opens to ensure you cover the rushes.

The kitchen was dirty. There were gloves laying scattered on the kitchen floor. There was no silverware and most of the lemonades/frescas were empty. No Toliet paper in bathrooms. The chips were realllllly stale.

I love Chipotle but this is the first time I have ever had a bad experience inside one. I have never once had a burrito made for me that was this small. The person making my food just simply could care less while flinging the smallest amount of beans, rice, and maybe 6 small pieces of protein. The brown rice was hard and tasted stale. I also don’t know what was so salty in my food this time since I get the same thing every time I go but it was just awfully salty. Whatever it was, it tasted like the lid to the salt shaker fell off into whichever ingredient they prepped. This all made sense to me after seeing this location’s reviews. How can a new location like this have overwhelmingly negative feedback? The person who is in charge of this store needs to either be replaced or just get better at training their staff. Or the entire staff needs to be replaced with a team that will actually care about putting at least minimal effort into their jobs. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location until they can at least manage a 3-star average review.

I felt so sick for hours after eating food here. I’m more than sure it’s because of cross contamination and not properly cleaning and following clean food protocols. (I have are a chipotle in an entirely diff chipotle in another state and have never felt sick after like this). They need to do some cleaning in the restaurant as well. YUCK. Really they need to shut down because there’s too many bad reviews. Where’s management?

How refreshing to walk into a Chipotle, and be greeted by every employee you come into contact with. This was for sure a great surprise. I stopped in to grab a burrito bowl and a build-it-your-way kids meal. Little did I know I would be treated to some pre-pandemic customer service. I love this for them, and I’m so happy for chipotle to have staffing with charisma. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, and the fragrant deliciousness that greeted me as soon as I open the door as well. I know they’ve only been open a Few weeks at this location, but I hope they stay the same throughout their residency on Thornton rd. That means when you visit, be a pleasant and courteous patron. Tis the season! I’ll be stopping by again soon.

Waited over 50 minutes to get our food. 5 people working and only 1 on the service line. It was like the workers were operating on 1% battery power. The store is filled with people waiting in line and people sitting around waiting for their mobile orders. Zero effort on anyone in this store to get any food out. Go somewhere else!

I ordered online. Food was ready 15 minutes for estimated pick up time. Food was cold and prepared incorrectly. I went back simply wanting them to correct the mistakes. But the associates were rude and unhelpful. More interested in arguing than customer service. Store was dirty and unkempt. Worst experience @ Chipotle ever.
