Today they were asking us to order by web and this place is understaffed. After order pick up was at 8.50pm but people were saying they were waiting since from 1 hour. I asked them to cancel the order and they were unable. Initially customer agent on chat also said they cannot cancel. Now they realised i have picked up the order so refunded money so 1 star for refunding. Who the hell wait for 1 hour. 4 boys understaffed and food were everywhere on the counter. I drove to peach tree corner chipotle location picked up the same food within a min. 4 ladies handling the store very well and clean. Guys just drove 10 more min avoid such delays and bad customer experience. Never comin back and going to other location. Confirmation Number

This Chipotle is generally good. But today the white rice was not done at all. It was still grainy. Un-eatable. Called the phone number and could not reach a live person. The phone line only takes order digitally. It told me to go to the website to complain. This is not the first time I have eaten uncooked rice at a Chipotle. The headquarters needs to find a way to make sure they know how to cook the white rice.

Typically good experience, but today, I had to ask the shift manager why I can’t have plain white rice for my wife’s burrito bowl. Always have done in the past but they would not put it in today. The answer was that it was a health code violation. When I got done laughing, I asked what the real reason was since they used to do it all the time. He couldn’t give an answer. I didn’t complain that much because it wasn’t a huge deal. But I feel sorry for him when an actual irate customer complains to him. He won’t know what to say.

Worst service I have ever received from a Chipotle. I don’t expect the best service from Chipotle’s since it’s technically still a fast food restaurant, but today was absolutely subpar. I waited in line for 15 minutes to get up to the counter, which honestly wasn’t my issue. My issue was the person who was on the line. She had came onto the line cursing out loud that she didn’t want to be there. When it came to my turn, she had a nasty attitude. The serving of chicken was a joke too. I only have 5 pieces of decently sized chicken and the rest were crumbs.

I had a great experience at chipotle today!! This was my first time coming to this location, and I received great service from the staff. I was helped by the blonde Latina woman, and she was so sweet! She was really welcoming, and she had a great attitude. Plus the food was good, so I definitely recommend this location!

Avoid like the plague. Worst chipotle ever. Online ordering sucks. Constantly forgetting to bag my items and making me drive back. Rushing me to order a whole two hours before they close with no one in the store. No the first time either, that is why this review is warranted. Portion sizes are small compared to other chipotle in area, if the drives not bad for you, I’d recommend the one near mall of GA. Won’t be returning to this one. After reading the other reviews, just confirms my reasons.

Inconsistency in service in terms of attitude, portion size, and cooking. Highlights are great location, raw fajita veggies, the repeated attempts to shake and reduce the serving before putting it in your bowl, annoyed crew faces everywhere except at the cash register.
