I’ve tried this location a few times and at first it was great but recently I have been disappointed. I pickup my order tonight and two ingredients were missing, one of them being the guacamole that I paid extra for. Instead of letting me know that guacamole was out and refunding me the employee handed me my order and said goodnight. Kinda annoying. The time before that I walked in to order around 3pm. The restaurant was very slow. When I walked to the counter an employee looked right at me and then walked to the back and bickered with another employee on who was going to take my order. The rice has also been under cooked the last 3 times I’ve eaten at this location. Very disappointing because I live so close and love Chipotle.

This location is awful, I ordered a kids quesadilla and they didn’t cook it, it was just a cold torilla and shredded cheese on the side. I wasnt offered a refund just a coupon code for the next meal. I also ordered chips and guac on a seperate order and they did not give me the chips.

I just posted another review and happened to notice a 1-star review I gave this Chipotle location a couple of years ago. The manager apologized for the poor experience and gave us vouchers for a free meal. Sometimes, the employees screw up, but overall, we have had good experiences there and the food has been high quality.

The employees act like they want to die and give you attitude every time you come in and order. They have no respect and they close early sometimes just because of the fact they don’t want to work. they don’t get paid to work half hours. You get paid to work full hours so it’s unfair that they get paid their full amount of money but they close early. very bad attitude and no respect. The only reason i come to this chipotle is because it’s right across the street from the gym. they also gave me a sample size of chicken.

One the the dirtiest food establishments I’ve seen in a long time. Wanted to get a bowl but was turned off by how it looked. We eat with eyes first. I didn’t visit during a lunch or dinner rush. So not sure why it looked like that. There were 6 visible staff members and at least one in the back that I saw. Tables and floors were dirty.

Don’t even bother coming to this Chipotle. 9/10 times this chipotle will get your order wrong ordering through mobile app. I don’t mind if they let me know or something is out… but to replace it with something completely different? Yeah no. I only come here since it’s close to my house. I will be going to the one in Woodstock 100% from now on.

this location treated my friend TERRIBLY during her visit. the customer service is awful. an error was made in her order & she politely asked them to remake the bowl. instead of professionally addressing her concerns, they make fun of her disapproval, crumble up her bag & still did not make her order correctly.
