Food was great,service was not! Had the new Al Pastor Chicken burrito and it was really good and flavorful. I waited inside in a line for no less than 25 min with about 10 people in front of me. Employees seemed lost with only one guy who was knowledgeable about procedures and processes.I understand this is a newly opened store, but maybe some more training is necessary to make it a better experience for the customers. I have enjoyed Chipotle for many years in my hometown of Houston, Texas so I was excited to see this come to Mauldin. Please make service a priority, the food is already a winner.

I was so excited to try the drive thru for mobile pick up, so I went here instead of my usual chipotle. They gave me brown, not full guacamole, that was even completely mixed. I’ll continue going to the other chipotle

I was about to leave the store and not pay for my burrito at all after one of the workers completely messed it up, gave me an attitude about sour cream and I was about to give this place a 1 star review but then the guy at the register last night Kevin apologized to me made it right fixed my burrito gave me free chips for the inconvenience and completely changed my day and experience altogether. As long as he’s there I will continue to come back because he seems to be the only person who knows how to do their job.

This is the third time that I have been to this location to get good and it’s been very bad my dinner is unbeatable the guacamole looks as if it has been made for days totally brown I would not feed a pig, the slop I have pictures to prove it. I spent a lot of money to get very poor representation of your brand this is ridiculous. I am a very unhappy customer. I will not repeat I will not go back to this location. You need better management there and you need better customer service there to think that someone would give someone the slop I am totally appalled.

I am composing this review while patiently awaiting the fulfillment of my entire order. Unfortunately, it has been a considerable amount of time, approximately 30 minutes, since my arrival, and my order is still incomplete. Despite arriving promptly at the establishment’s opening time, it took them a disheartening 20 minutes just to take my order. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the dressing that accompanies my salad. Regretfully, this experience has been far from satisfactory, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend anyone to visit this place.

This is such a careless location. They are 2/2 in getting orders incorrect. No more chances from me. This seems to be a consistent theme amongst most Chipotles, which is really disappointing. I know that places are desperate to hire, but maybe try hiring people that are actually capable of reading an order off of a screen. Warm bodies alone are useless if they can’t perform the #1 task they were hired to perform.

It’s hit or miss at this location. Usually a miss. The chips are almost always never cooked and they’re soggy. The portions don’t seem correct compared to other Chipotle locations. They always miss ingredients if I order online. I have given this location 10 chances because it’s convenient to my work, but I will no longer order from this one. 🙁

Absolutely horrible. Took my $15 for an online order. Their computer system crashed and they refused to make my food even though I had a confirmation number and had spent the money. They said I could come in and they would make the food but I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AGAIN.

Seems like this location had at a rough beginning, but they really have come a long way. I am very happy with the service and quantity of food received. With prices of everything going up like mad, it’s nice to be able to have such nice portions for a decent price. Thank you chipotle!
