If DEHC would have walked in I believe the place would have been shut down. This place was filthy. Food everywhere on tables in the floor. Outside dining was just as bad. Trash cans over flowing the whole place was just disgusting.

Why do I even have to give them 1 star??? This Chipotle has to be the most rudest and nastiest place I’ve visited. The food is SLACK…rice hard and meat half behind cooked! I don’t know what’s going on but this establishment especially on Killian Road is down right awful. Online orders are even messes up. There’s no care or consideration taken when preparing your order. Won’t be going back and sad because I really liked the food…”Well, at least in the past I did”

Staff are very rude and curt. My bf and I ordered online and several times I selected Clemson as my pick up location and it somehow sent it to Anderson. I did not realize this until the employee rudely said she didn’t have an order with that name. Other location will make your oder for you if you show them the e-receipt and confirmation number. This didn’t happen as they were overwhelmed with customers. Then to get a refund I had to go back and forth with their online customer service for 10 minutes to be issued the refund. Other than this, they are always out of guacamole or meats. Steer clear of this location. Go to Anderson instead

Overall it was a pretty disappointing experience. Got two burritos, one for me one for the wife, and one of the burritos was legitimately half the size of the other one. Paid the same for both of them, but got half of what the other one was. As well the ingredients were not well distributed. I ended up with a fist size amount of cheese at the bottom of my burrito, and my wife only had guacamole the bottom half of hers. Overall an incredibly disappointing experience. Photo shows the size difference after 1/4 had been eaten off the larger burrito.

It’s actually funny how bad this Chipotle is. Every time. I regret it every month or two when I give them another chance. They either don’t have a manager or that person doesn’t care about anything. This time (and the last two) our order was incomplete or wrong in various ways. My bowl is missing meat and salsa so I guess I’m eating a bowl of rice and beans for dinner with a bunchhh of sour cream on top. They forgot the chips. They forgot the kids meal drink that I noticed there and went back for. I should have skipped it, the ice machine was not working, the agua frescas were all empty and there were no small lids. This is not uncommon, more of a theme. Like the trash on the floor. If you go, order there and watch them make it. If you order online I guess they just pack it up with whatever they aren’t out of that day. And this wasn’t near closing, 6PM on a Tuesday.

I am a frequent Chipotle customer due to the fact that I work and study in downtown Clemson. They never fail to provide a sustainably delicious product when I am in dire need during my lunch break! The staff is highly attentive and friendly. My favorite menu item is the chicken bowl with the Chipotle vinaigrette. If you haven’t tried it you should ASAP, it is a game changer. There is also an outdoor patio for good vibes & views!

This is one of the worst ran restaurants in the area. They are extremely slow, staff is unfriendly, and are 9 times out of 10 out of most items such as chips and chicken. I would stop going here, but this is the only Chipotle in the area.
