We need a decent Chipotle in this area. The Myrtle Beach location is filthy and this one is run by incompetents. Tried to eat there today, but no such luck. After parking and waiting in line, I finally got to the point of ordering. It was there and only there that they had a sign stating they would only accept exact change or charge cards. I don’t charge amounts under $25, and do not carry a pocket full of change. It would have made sense, a commodity sorely lacking at this location, to have a large version of this sign posted on the front door. How do places like this stay in business? Why do customers tolerate this nonsense?

The quality of food at chipotle is always good. However, their prices have just gotten out of touch. First of all, if you look at the pictures of their burrito bowls on their website they are heaping. I could’ve done a better job with the angle in the picture but this bowl was basically half full and nowhere near “heaping“. I was offered chips and I thought they were complementary, they were not! Also, this bowl did not include guacamole or queso which adds additional cost. $19.23 for one person for lunch and a lunch size portion.

We stopped in tonight for dinner and the place was disgusting. There wasn’t a clean table in the entire restaurant and the floor was flighty. There was a big commercial size empty bottle of hand sanitizer among other articles of trash on the booths and tables. The employees were all just standing around behind the counter. It appears that they use an entire table section as an office since there was paperwork and other things scattered across it. After seeing how disgusting the restaurant dining area was we walked out without ordering. This store needs better management.

I used to be an employee of chipotle and the way this location is, is not the best.. Tables mad dirty, floors not swept, drink station was atrocious ice overflowing onto the floor, stains and utensils all over the place. The service line was wild I have never seen a service line so dirty ya’ll fr don’t clean as you go huh.. Food is alright, my chips were stale so that’s great.. Sweet tea tasted like water honestly, must’ve sweetened that with a teaspoon of sugar should’ve just put 2 unsweetened urns out there at that point All of that going on but yet have 4 employees kee-heeing and haha-ing but nobody’s doing any work but yet the dude in the back is the only one that seemed to be ACTUALLY doing his job

My first time going here. The food was freshly prepared. The employees were super helpful to make my experience one worth repeating. All of the employees were smiling as though they were happy to be working. The restaurant was very clean. The atmosphere was very pleasant and clean. Parking was easy and the building was easy for my handicapped friend to get into.

The food is fine. The employees are not super friendly and it’s not the cleanest place. My biggest complaint about Chipotle is they are always “out” of stuff i.e. guacamole, chips etc and you can clearly see they have the product. Because they have to leave it for the online orders. Uh….. I hauled my cookies out to get food. I feel like your walk in customers should be priority..

For the second time we drove over 20 miles to our closest Chipotle, in Surfside Beach area os SC. We love the food there (although spending $35 for 2 people seems ridiculous!), but the premises are so filthy that we won’t go back. We struggled to find a table that was not covered with food remnants from previous patrons. And the worst is the high table closest to the kitchen that both times was being used by staff. They leave half-consumed food and drinks plus used paper goods scattered across this large table. The trash was overflowing and the floor, disgusting. The weird thing is that there seem to be plenty of workers – they simply choose not to clean! Its almost as if they feel they can rely on their take-out business, so have no interest in having a clean and welcoming dining area. We saw more than one family take their food and eat in their car because there was no other place clean to sit down together. Just a shame after bouncing back with an excellent, albeit expensive, product that this is the unappetizing experience Chipotle offers at this location.
