Food is Good. Staff is lacking. Ordered via mobile and waited by the pickup station. Standing there 10 mins after pickup time. Tall slender black man just looked at me and stared with out saying anything. after the 10 minutes I got in line. When it was my turn the lady told me someone else makes the mobile orders and just points. I walk back over to the pickup station and finally an employee asked for my name and hands me my bag behind the counter that’s been ready this whole time. I can understand the order will be late if short staffed but no one even acknowledges me or asked me my name to start with.

I don’t know if this location was taught how to cook rice correctly but if you like rice, like I do, then I would highly recommend you go to literally any other Chipotle. This place lately has been undercooking their rice and have the whole food item be inedible, a burrito bowl is probably 50% rice so that means the whole bowl isn’t even worth eating anymore. Every once in a while you may get lucky and have a decent meal but my luck with this place has ran out

I’ve never written a review for anything in my life but I feel obligated to write this for others. This is hands down the worst chipotle I will ever go to. Ordered door dash, a burrito with toppings and a large queso and chips. Burrito was labeled as a small even though I didn’t order a small and had 0 toppings, queso came with no chips. I drove myself to chipotle to get the chips and all the clerk could tell me was they were out of chips. You guys should seriously close if you cannot provide your basic services

This Chipotle doesn’t deserve 3.7 stars. It is a 3.0-3.3 star Chipotle for certain. The server scraped the last dried up dregs out of the brown rice, sofritas, and wilted lettuce. There was meat floating in the black beans despite the restaurant being mostly empty. Maybe they were just recovering from a rush? Regardless, we won’t be back.

It was only 2 workers and one was cooking and the order was putting the orders together in the corner(online orders only) I always like to watch them fix my bowl because I get double meat. I had maybe a hand full of rice and not even a regular amount of meat. When I’m pay $18+ dollars for food I need what I paid for. I will never go here again!!!!!!

I love chipotle, but this location is reliably bad. They’re very bad with allergies, and all of their food is mixed/severely cross-contaminated. Normally I can go to chipotle without worrying about eating dairy if I give them a heads up that I have an allergy – but my order today (and several other visits) had cheese mixed into the lettuce. Previously I’ve found it in the Guacamole. If they carefully and thoughtfully prep their food and meals, then this restaurant would be safe and accessible for people with allergies. I feel like the apathy of the employees has put my health at risk, and because this is the easiest chipotle to get to I just won’t be able to get chipotle anymore unless they improve. Also, there hasn’t been a single visit to this location where our order didn’t have at least one error.
