Came for dine inn lunch and was told I couldn’t have any tortilla chips because they were for online orders ONLY. So if you want tortilla chips for lunch be sure you pre order them online. For lunch rush, they also didn’t have any food prepared at all they had no brown rice, no steak, and no vegitables.

We order here frequently. For some reason the salt content has gone up dramatically. Our beloved burritos are now inedible. Our mouths were turned into a salty fiery hell scape. I think it’s the meat. We had to return the food for a refund. The staff were great.

First time there and the last time. The dining area had trash all over the floor. And the tables were dirty. Drink machines weren’t working right. Napkins and utensils weren’t stocked. And the food was below standard. I counted 6 employees but nobody looked happy. Too many employees for the place to be such a disaster area.

This is the last time we will be ordering from this location. Our order this time was incomplete, cold(mobile order, picked up 8 min late from pickup time), and the burrito and bowl we did receive were half full (picture below, we did not eat food, this is how it came). This food is not worth the money.

Don’t bother going after 8:30pm… they were out of white rice, black beans, veggies, etc. The first girl in the line kept yelling back for more of those ingredients so I thought more food would be made. I said I’d wait for more veggies & the other worker rudely said how nothing more would be made. Why did the other girl keep yelling back then? Makes no sense. Wanted a veggie bowl but had to get chicken because otherwise my bowl would be pretty empty. Thankfully I’m from out of state & wont have to come back again.

this specific location is an absolute disgrace to the company. the manager is rude and talks to her staff like trash. I will never be returning to this location. absolutely horrendous customer service and the manager is alway back there preparing food with her phone on speaker holding conversations talking and spitting all over the food. i watched her come from outside one day and went behind the counter and just threw some gloves on. didn’t wash her hands or anything. she sneezes and coughs without covering her face at all something needs to be doing about her. she is a short light skinned woman with a twisted mouth. just terrible.
