The photo attached doesn’t show how raw the piece of chicken is or the worst service received while ordering. I would avoid this chipotle as there’s better food options around this location. Management was not able to be reached either.

When I walked in I was greeted with super positive energy even though they were close to closing! I believe her name was Ty? She was super neat with our bowls. Those who eat Chipotle knows it can be very sloppy and rushed. That wasn’t the case at all! She was patience with my complicated order. Even helped me to the car because of my bags and drinks! I will def be returning in the future! Thank you to the staff for turning my crazy night around and making some since of it!

So bad! They are always under staffed, trash is over flowing onto the floors, staff doesn’t care about anything. I usually order through the app. Food is never ready and they continue you making people food in line till everyone has been helped and I’m 20 minutes past my pick up time. They are chronically out of fajita vegetables but make no offer to add more lettuce or anything in its place. And this one lady always puts on this monstrous scoop of corn salsa even though I never ask for it. Chipotle has let me down for the past several months and I have no idea why I keep coming back!!! Oh!! This is funny and infuriating- I ordered large chips (because you know, here you have to pay for chips) I kid you not there were TEN chips in the bag. I was irate!!! The one in Trenholm plaza is awful and I’m going to Moes from now on. Can’t speak of the other locations.

This Chipotle right here, this location is absolutely the best! The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and the food was DELICIOUS! Ms Anita was so helpful and nice! Thanks for making this experience the best!!

As I was pulling up at 7:45pm to pick up my online order, was met by a staff member standing at the door and yelling that the store was closed. I wasn’t even able to get out of my car as she was yelling at all the cars parked up front. No explanation given, just yelling and clapping that the store was closed. The posted hours on the door and website say they are open until 10:00. When I asked out the window how I was supposed to get a refund since I had paid online, the staff member yelled I would have to go on the app and deal with it that way. This unfortunately is the second time an issue like this has occurred at this location. When I contacted customer service, I found out this is a corporate owned store, so there is no way to get in touch with a real person when there is an issue. Definitely disappointed in this location.

Food was fresh and very good and tasty. The clerk even asked if I wanted to wait for some steak coming off the grill. She had some but it appeared to be dry. Just a short wait. . Lobby was neat and clean. Tables sanitized each time customers left. Steady flow of customers but not crowded. I will return. I ate the steak bowl with chips and a lemonade drink.

I waited till they opened at 10:45am and I’m so glad I did. Everything fresh & tidy. I got my husband’s favorite, barbacoa – drove all the way back home and he loved it. I went online to give a great review bcz he was so pleased and I saw a lot of erroneous negative things, I knew false bcz one said 4 hrs ago and they weren’t even open then. I don’t know why those kind of things are being said. It was clean, the staff efficient. And the food was very fresh & super tasty. And when I got home hubby said it was delicious and he thanked me. I think something peculiar is going on with these reviews. Maybe a competitor? Spam? Who knows.
