I’m honestly shocked at how the ratings on this location are lower than the Fordham location because this team will never disappoint. Recently I’ve been craving burritos and this is my go-to spot if I want it done right. My food always comes out perfect, well seasoned, & there’s enough to keep me fed for the rest of the day. I 10/10 recommend this location if you’re looking to be satisfied and always get your money’s worth. (I also like the people who work here, they’re sweet and hardworking) ❤️

This location NEVER gets an entire order right. We have ordered from here numerous times but there is ALWAYS something missing or wrong. Our most recent and final order was for 2 burrito bowls, 1 steak, 1 chicken, and a quesadilla. They got the quesadilla right, the first bowl had chicken and was very sloppily made with subpar ingredients, the second was empty with a scoop of chicken in it. No sign of the steak bowl anywhere. This location is absolutely horrible.

Inside the place they do have to clean more often instead of people standing by looking busy but not too bad. The outside definitely needs some work asap. When you walk in all you see is about 30 dental tooth picks all over the floor. That was just wow. It’s sad cause it’s right in front of the entrance.

This used to be my favorite location, but over the last year or so it’s fines pretty downhill. I used to eat here 2-3x a week, but I hardly go anymore because I keep having terrible experiences. The most recent experience was 02/20 around lunch time, they didn’t have plain white rice (which has happened the last 2 times i’ve tried to come here), which is pretty much a deal-breaker for me because I have the gene that makes cilantro taste like soap. The chicken was also burnt, and the employees on the main line had absolutely no customer service skills and seemed like they hate their jobs. As someone who works in food service, that definitely stood out to me. The lady doing the online orders was very friendly, but sadly she didn’t have anything to do with preparing my personal order. The cleanliness of the store has gone way down as well. Unfortunately, this place is not what it use to be.

My wife and I placed a mobile order for 6:30p, but it wasn’t until 7 that our order was ready. There were also several other people waiting to get their orders too. It was pretty busy inside and a little chaotic. Our food tasted great though, and we enjoyed our visit.

This was legitimately the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The worker only gave me half a scoop of chicken to begin with, and they were almost out of salsa, but the other worker was comming to refill the salsa container behind them, yet they decided instead of waiting 5 seconds for them to bring more salsa they’d just scrape the sides and give me a small spinkle of dried salsa. They also didn’t drain the liquid off my beans which made the bowl super runny, ingredients were spilling over into other ingredients and it just generally look unclean.

***8/20/23: gave Mayfaire Chipotle another shot. Never again. WOW. Just absolutely pathetic and slow service. The employees have permanent frowns on their faces. Also, I paid over $3 for a LARGE bag of chips and I swear it was a little scoop. This place is such a let down and rip off. I absolutely LOVE chipotle’s food but I’m done with this place. Whoever runs/owns this place definitely does not read these reviews.

2pm 7-30-22. This place is trash. The 2 employees who make your food seemed to be out of it, had attitude, didn’t seem to care, had a hard time paying attention. Actually that seemed to be the theme here “nobody cares”. Every table was very dirty, which tbh, shame on the customer who sprinkles food all over the table and leaves it there. It’s unfortunately the employees job to clean up after these customers still though. Trash cans were all full. Expression on other customers faces made me feel I’m not alone with this review.

I thought I left my Kindle at the store so I called and Marissa picked up. She heard me out and searched for it both inside the lobby and outside. Come to find out it was in my car, but thankful Marissa did that small act of kindness. Went a long way! Great customer service!
