This location provided all that I want from my Chipotle experience. I was greeted with a smile, everyone seemed to be working well together, and with really positIve attitudes. All were complimentary, proficient, and kind. Top notch service and I luckily came at a time with no wait. My food was to go, and when I got home, everything was delicious. They never forget to let me add the chips & guac to my bowl order. 10/10 recommend this Chipotle. Thank you for excellent service.

Our food was cold. Due to shortages that were not put on the website- our order was changed and we weren’t given what we ordered but an entire different menu item. They were out of fountain drinks but didn’t refund our drink. The kids quesadilla was cold and was it even cooked?! Do not make the mistake of going to this chipotle. We have had a bad experience before and the company gave a refund because it was unacceptable. We went back because – hey every restaurant has bad days. Nope. This location has bad management.

I left without my food tonight after waiting 40 minutes past the pick-up time. I told them to cancel my order and the guy at the counter suggested that I call the 800 number, which he gave me. After holding for about 15 minutes she was able to give me a refund over the phone. At least I think she did. It hasn’t been reflected on my credit card balance yet. I’m not sure I will go back to this location even though I’ve been a customer for years.

I can’t for the life of me understand how anyone can give this place 5 stars. Me and my wife stopped in for lunch and got a burrito a piece. The burritos were packed full yes but it was so full that you couldn’t possibly eat it without ripping the entire burrito apart because of how chewy and rubbery the tortilla was. Also, the floors of the restaurant were disgusting and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. The icing on the cake is that for this less than stellar experience it cost be nearly $30 and that was for just two burritos. No sides or drinks. The food was “alright” but definitely not worth the price paid.

Food was good, but place was super dirty. One thing that grossed me out was that i saw like a caterpillar in the to go bag & didn’t know if it came out of the bag or did it get there when i went outside. i still ate my food but was just looking @ it to see if i saw something else so i didn’t eat in peace. I ate it because i was really hungry & i know that i cant be throwing away food. Should’ve taken a picture of the inside but was in a hurry. Wouldn’t come here again.
