We came here on a Sunday at 8 pm when the closing hours stated 10pm. Electricity was out at home for 2 hours so we were looking for something semi healthy and quick. They were closed and cleaning at 8:05 with the doors locked. While we were looking for a new place to eat, there were easily 10 cars that had pulled up. I’m all for letting employees leave early especially if it was dead. But 2 hours and in 10 minutes over 10 cars?? Loss on the business and will not be returning to this location. Disappointing.

I came in and ordered a steak burrito and got 1/2 portions. They pretended they couldn’t hear me when I complained, even the manager. They also accepted a pick up doordash order for me and then refused me service when I arrived to collect it. These people are rude and complained about the customers in front of my face. They’re gonna get a burrito to the face if they try the wrong person like that in this city, and they’ll have earned it in my opinion. Disgraceful.

Went to the location less than an hour ago and the doors were locked. Got back in my car to leave and I see an associate get out of her car, unlock the door and go in. Guess you’re not closed. Ordered my food and when it’s time to pay she tells me they are out of dressing. I ordered a salad, why wouldn’t you say something when I asked for the salad? Needless to say my experience sucked at this location. Do better.

In addition to the food being poor, my former coworker worked here. They were short tempered with me soon as I came in, and the line was incredibly long. I could tell I was gonna have to wait 20+ minutes just to place an order. One day I came to just get a drink, and me and only a few guys stood around for about ten minutes. I saw one guy check his watch for the time. The staff are just as nasty and rude as my old coworker as well, making this place a less favorable experience. Plus the rice is sometimes hard!

If I could put no stars, I would they are ridiculous! Today I stood in line for an entire hourrr! It most definitely could have been avoided if the employees were actually doing their job. There were only three of them that actually were doing something. But there were two girls that just kept sitting on the phones. The guy that was doing my food asked for white rice twice she looked at him and kept sitting on her phone, and then the two girls were just standing around in the back, laughing together. THERE WAS A WHOLE LINE THEY COULD HAVE AT LEAST DONE SOMETHING. It was ridiculous. There were online orders order after order I know that the girls could have been doing that while the guy and other lady that took our orders could’ve taken the big line that was waiting everyone for sure stood for an hour or more just like we did. One of the workers just came up while there are so many orders to get done and started making his own food and taking his sweet time and then just left! I’m sorry I’m just so angry. I had to get some errands done before seven because I had to be somewhere important and had a very busy day but instead of running all those errands, I just stood in a line which could’ve been avoided by those two women that did absolutely nothing!! I will never be coming back there. This is not a first time. I don’t know why they’re even open still. And I will most definitely tell people I know to never go there because every single time I’ve been there I’ve never had one good experience.

I’m not sure what these reviews are about or to dismiss any of them however I was having issues with my card and the cook, serve staff and cashier were all very kind and helped me out with my meal generously. Disgusting, will never order from here again. The order was prepared my the employees, I received only 25% of the order. The manager was of no help and blamed it on the delivery person.i only recently one small bag, however I ordered for 6 people..The order was not complete before leaving the store.See the photos. Salad, 3 tacos …Ruben the manager is of no help.. I have reached out to the corporate office because this is unacceptable!!!!!!! Food on the receipt.

Worst chipotle ever, DO NOT GO HERE if you value quality food or decent service. The staff is rude and disorganized – there is clearly a lack of management. The food always, no matter if you order in or order pick up is so bad, I cannot stress this enough. It’s worse when you order pick up or delivery, but still. I’ve thrown away food I’ve gotten from here twice, I will not be returning as it’s been a waste of money. To show you an example of how food comes when you pick it up, I took a picture of my tacos. Like I said, do not waste your time or money here.
