The males that made the food were lovely and sweet. The two girls at the register are slow and can barely hear. She put mine and my friends food together without even asking, then right while paying she then asked if we’re together… maybe Chipotle should start doing frequent drug tests for their workers. Another Rude girl worker yelled at me to insert my card to pay but I needed to grab it out of my purse. Glad for the men that were easy to get along with and prepared our foods, the other girls at the register need to be gone for a nice environment.

The service is fast, the food is good, the portion’s huge, the only downside is they’re quite slow on the opening, but that’s fine. The barbacoa and the carnitas are excellent. The chips are well seasoned and good with queso. You got what you pay for.

Was at this location for lunch. There seemed to be a new girl at the start of the line and two tenured people towards the end the new girl is going extremely slow and no one is trying to help her. It is lunch time the manager should have rezoned to help move the line faster. The new girl didn’t even look like she was trying to move faster with the line being out to the mall area.

Went to this Chipotle on Friday evening July 21,2023. Arrived and there were no customers and 3 employees, that I could see. There was a handwritten sign noting the items that they were out of (fine, it was near closing, no biggie)and I proceeded on to order. The young man kindly shared the items again as I walked up to order my food. I asked the lady who began to make my bowl if they had the chicken pastor. Her reply “he told you that we didn’t.” I said “oh, I must not have caught that, but I’ll take the chicken you have (she was hovering the chicken over the bowl as if to say, “do you want it or not”). The other lady that she passed the bowl to asked if I wanted queso. I said yes, but on the side (since it’s to go). The young man rings me up and I notice it cost more than I expected. I asked him, “is that just for the bowl?” He said “no” it’s for the bowl and queso. I did not realize that it cost to put queso on the side. As I’m asking him for clarity, the 2 ladies proceeded to answer the question with such a rude attitude in their tone. After I understood the cost, I paid for the bowl + queso. I said to the 2 ladies “I didn’t need 3 people talking at me.”

I ordered a lifestyle bowl for delivery. When I opened it up, the guacamole was completely brown, the power greens were not even included, and there was barely any chicken on there. No one should ever be served this low quality of food.

An excellent place to buy Mexican food. The food is great, the price is not expensive, and the portion is fulfilling enough. The place is not very comfortable for sitting in, but you can just take the food outside and eat outside in seats provided by the South Park mall. Staff is friendly and professional.

Ordering online from this location is an automatic bad experience. They won’t get you what you order, when you try to speak to someone about this, that’s a whole other bad experience, and when they credit you for the original order which you can’t eat (mine didn’t have the protein I ordered) they credit you the food but in order to reorder to feed your family, you have to come out of pocket again. I will not be making this mistake again!

A worker their name isiah was so bad at customer service. He didn’t care that I was talking to him and barely gave me 1/4 of the guac spoon which I paid extra to get. Very bad attitude and just bad customer service in general. Shouldn’t be working there honestly. He’ll probably learn more working at McDonald’s instead.

Had chipotle for the first time ever yesterday. It was absolutely nasty. The chicken was hard and burnt, the rice was crunchy. The kid behind the counter was very unfriendly. It was just bad. First and last time.
