Ordered here twice and I won’t order again. Both orders were placed online for pickup. The customer service was good but the $22 bowl wasn’t! I ordered 2x the meat and didn’t receive it! It was mostly rice. Both were cold. The rice, meat everything was cold. It’s hard to reheat when there’s sour cream. I’m concerned about the food quality and temperature. As I notices I felt a little sick the next day. Nothing major but a headache and stomach cramps. I’m not taking another chance until some improvements are made.

I wanted to come write a review personally because this branch has been changing and it’s not for the good. I’ve been a 1+ year customer and recently im noticing that the staff are inconsistent with their portions. I wish they had it on some kind of measuring chart because sometimes I get barely enough hot sauce other times it’s dripping in my burrito bowl. Sometimes I get normal rations of protein other times it looks like they were holding back a lot. Im sorry to say but I just quit Chipotle as of today. I was your biggest fan but I don’t want to keep getting disappointed..

Drive through only, burritos were less than half the normal size, slow service, rude attendant. They were great up until today, might not be coming back after going here for over 2 years. Biggest waste of $20+. It’s gotten so bad that I’d rather go to Taco Bell.

Ordered a burrito, burrito bowl and two large sides of guac. The guac is black, much different than the vibrant green guac in the commercials where they tell you it’s the best. Guac is in the trash. Paid for extra chicken in the burrito, didn’t get it. Burrito had lettuce and salsa that I did not include in the order. The burrito bowl has about half a dozen pieces of steak.

Chipotle isn’t as satisfying anymore, I believe it’s more of a corporate problem than something at the individual store as a lot of stores seem to have similar issues. Corporate is probably pushing for less portions while increasing the prices which is very disappointing for the customer. It’s sad to see as chipotle has a lot of potential and was loved by a lot but seems to be a shell of its previous self. I will say this location has had kind staff in all my experience.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant at 11:58am. The driver is still sitting at the restaurant at the moment I am writing this. Tried reaching out to corporate and they told me I had to reach out to the driver that was not yet assigned at the time. Will never be using this service or restaurant again.
