My fiance was just in there and ordered 4 burritos total my was suppose to have queso on top, the put it in the container but didn’t put any queso on it. We paid for it. First experience with Chipotle and I am not thrilled in the slightest.

This was the first time I had eaten at this Chipotle location. I walked in, and it wasn’t super busy. The staff weren’t very pleasant, but I proceeded to place my order without any issues. I found a table for my family and I, and we sat down. I went up to the hot source station for napkins and to get my drink. They had no napkins, so I had to head to the counter to get some. The drinks were fine. However, while I was eating, I noticed that all the garbage’s inside the restaurant were not taken out and were overflowing with trash. We finished up and left. Overall, the food was good but not worth the price to have to feel like I was bothering the staff to order and don’t like eating in a dirty place. 4 out of 10 for me. Probably won’t be back.

I am very disappointed in our pickup order. The last 2 times we have ordered for pickup the food had been cold, incorrect and not near the amount you get if you go inside. Tonight our food was cold, the quacamole was brown, the orders were wrong and our burrito look liked a child portion. Then when you try to call you are referred to a website. $81 order and we received BOGO for 4 meal – we ordered 6 – they expire in 30 days. We will not be visiting this store for quite a while

If I could give zero stars to this location I absolutely would. I ordered a burrito bowl via delivery and the only thing that was delivered was a bowl of some chicken. No toppings as requested and PAID for. When attempting to call. Don’t bother the automation basically tells u there is nothing that can be done and won’t even allow you to speak with anyone regard the issue. This store is garbage

Went inside to place an order to go. Asked for 6 hardshell tacos but wanted to be able to build them at home so shells wouldn’t get soggy. Have done this at 30 different restaurants all over. Simply asked for the ingredients ordered to be placed in the small cups they provide. Staff ( specifically a male named Alex with a major attitude problem ) refused. Said he would do it but they would charge me 6x for each individual ingredient I asked for. Again, I wasn’t asking for extra food, just different packaging. Horrible customer service. Wont be back.

Food is always good at this chipotle location, sanitation wise I’d give it zero there is never any proper hand washing or glove changing. I went in today for dinner and it was busy which I understand going back-and-forth but continuously touching your face and the POS system while handling food is not right. I watch this worker touch her face probably 15 times in the spam of five minutes. First time I saw it I wanted to jump out of the long line and tell her change her gloves, but that’s not my place. Other people are seeing this and not saying anything, but when she got to my food, she was about to make it after just handling cash, I asked her to change her gloves that shouldn’t have to be said she should know. People should have their Serve Safe having the knowledge on how to properly handle food when working in food.

Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced at Chipotle at approximately 2:45 pm today…do better! Your day crew is sloppy, the food prep area is dirty and the cashier is rude. I asked the cashier to replace the aluminum lid because there was queso on it from the dirty counter. She tried to wipe it with a napkin, i said no, replace it, she asked why? Are you serious? She then pushed my bag towards me and turned her back to me. I know the fast food industry is difficult but pride and respect isn’t…show some.
