Never again. Service lackluster. Went with family, so I couldn’t immediately leave. Didn’t seem short staffed but inside was dirty everywhere I looked. Food didn’t agree with everyone in my household afterward. I don’t know if all stores are like this one but I know I will not return to this one

This is probably the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. This is my second time here. The first time my rice was hard, servers were rude. I promised myself not to go back, but today I did. My chips were so full of grease that the oil was leaking to the outside of the bag. When I went to eat them, they were soft, mushy, and also full of grease. There were clumps of chips stuck together. The entire bag was a waste. Rice was also hard. The food here is far too expensive for the quality. Will not be trying a 3rd time.

Do not order delivery from this location! I come here all the time but will never order delivery again from this store. Placed my order online through their app. I asked for extra corn salsa…I guess they thought that meant NONE because there was not any in my bowl. I asked for extra lettuce and they barely put any in the bowl. I won’t completely give up on this location YET because when I go in, my food is normally on point. However, never doing delivery or door dash for my Chipotle. Y’all must do better!

I got takeout from here and the quesadilla didn’t even have any cheese! No sour cream or tomato pico that I chose as my side. I don’t know what happened to my quesadilla but it’s basically folded tortilla and a few chicken pieces. I am appalled.

Got a chicken protein bowl and it was really really good. This location wasn’t crowded and had lots of seating. I will definitely return to this location in the future. I also redeemed my birthday reward today. It was so tiny but thanks anyway.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time. Staff was extremely rude (multiple people had in AirPods and didn’t even ask what we wanted to eat – they just stared at us until we ordered). Counter was filthy with dried up food all over the place and clearly hadn’t been whipped down for some time. There were 6 people in front of us when we walked in and it took 18 minutes for us to get our food. Absolutely will not be back to this location.

Nothing drives your customers off at one of these places as going online only. Chipotle and Subway are notorious for skimping out on online orders compared to walking in and watching them make the food. Wont be coming back sadly because I love Chipotle.

We went there on a Sunday for lunch; kitchen trays, boxes and trash were on top of the dining tables. While we were in line, the manager screamed to a few people behind us to ask them to leave and order online, then they went to lock down all the doors but one. The beans were burned, and it was half the size of what I normally get in a different Chipotle, and they top it off with lettuce. The manager (or who appeared to be) was rude, I should have just walked away.
