Don’t go to this location seriously. I don’t think they want customers anyways lol. Cashier wouldn’t even greet me initially even though she was standing there doing nothing. Always out of items and toppings. Employees ignore mobile orders until ALL of the in store customers have been helped; even if that means waiting 30 minutes to start a mobile order. But they will put in the computer that the order is “ready” after 5-10 minutes of receiving the order so it’s looks good on them. Just straight up lying.

I have come here at least 3 times since i’ve been back for school and my meal has been messed up by the same employee each time. The other employees are great and wonderful and the restaurant is clean. However, the skinny black lady with short straight hair at the front line does not portion the food well. She does not drain your food before putting it in the bowl, she does not smile, and will not center your food in the bowl. My bowls have looked like soup the last three times i’ve been.

Ok. First thing first is the food was good and not bad at all. Second thing is when I asked why my double meat looked skimpy, the preparer put more in the bowl without an argument ensuing. I also left at 9pm. This is the only problem I really had here. Every single garbage can was filled to the brim with trash and also there was some trash left on tables. The customer service was good and the food was excellent. The store has a 98 grade as well. Overall I had to give y’all a three. If the trash was taken out and was cleaner in the store I would give a 5 all day

I seriously don’t think they want to work here or take peoples orders. Every day around 12, their doors are closed and there is a crowd of people outside waiting to get their online orders or just to put in their orders. The staff rolls in sometimes 30 minutes to an hour after they are supposed to open, and they look at the crowd of people outside the door, sneak in through the side of the building, and don’t open up their front doors for them. I sat in my car and watched as family after family starts standing outside, and staff member after staff member show up never looking them in the eyes and ignoring them. Food is holy though, I will never not like Chipotles food.

Service was terrible… food was even worse. Employees looked messy and unprofessional and their personalities matched. Store was noticeably dirty. (Honestly I should’ve left when I noticed all this but was giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking they’d just been busy) They were out of almost everything, I felt like my bowl was made of scraps.. portion sizes were terrible.. and if you ask for more they act like you asked for a million dollars. Out of lids for large cups… but they don’t bother to tell you that when you order the large drink.. they wait until you go back and ask for a lid..thanks a lot. After all this I get home and the food has ZERO flavor and is ice cold.. I took two bites and threw it away. I won’t be returning.

Staff were friendly, better than before. Food fresh and tasty however, Constantly, out of stuff: spoon, napkins etc. Today out of lettuce and tomato salsa while the online order station still has those…they refused to give saying that’s the only thing they have and they need to prioritize online orders. Hmmmm the staff were nice but questioning abt the management policy: in store customers are not important then?

Used mobile ordering. They never updated the tracker. Went in there 15 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready and it was ready so it was kinda cold. The biggest issue was the trash cans were over flowing. And I mean piles up. Not what I want to see as soon as I enter the restaurant. I under stand labor shortage and everything but still. Do better. I don’t think I’ll go to this one for a while. First impressions are everything.

They never have any vinaigrette sauce this been the third week I went there straight in a row and no sauce at all. Plus for the money you pay is not worth it they give you very small portion not even fill the spoon up they just dump it slightly but not worth the money and they workers are very slow on the line I’m talking about the one by mall. So ratchet..not enough food, very high and never have something to match like salad but no dressing. Do better chipotle and manager need to come down more on the workers they act like they fixing nothing but kids plates very ridiculous

worst burrito ever. My first time going to this chipotle and I got what I always get. The burrito was WAY too small barely filled me up. Almost every worker was high as clouds, one worker was working while other sat and laughed at the register. Burrito tastes like nothing but the sour cream I got on it. Dry steak and the rice wasn’t even cooked all the way ♀️ ♀️. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
