This is only good when certain people are not on the clock. Store associates openly repeat how they’re “ready to go” and you have to hope there’s enough properly cooked protein. (Not dry or been there since the lunch rush) Or sloppy throw cold ingredients onto your burrito without draining it. Disappointing that you have to walk in to see who’s working to decide whether or not you’d want to eat from this particular location. Would highly recommend management encourages that their staff understands that every single customer has a good experience and those who rant about their eagerness to leave find a job where they may be able to wfh and not interact with other working professionals that stopped in to pay for a lunch or dinner as they complete an full time shift.

My first time going in here and the last. The teenagers act like they are slow, and the tables were dirty and the trash can was missing by the door and the garbage was just piling up. No body had enough sense to bring a trash can and clean up the tables. Get these young people to work or hire people who want just more than a check. I can’t stand eating in a dirty area. No customer service. Get it together people.

I went to the location on Roxboro rd in Durham NC. And was absolutely floored at how filthy the place was. I usually never make reviews that are negative but it was honestly just unacceptable and it saddens me that most ppl, especially the teenagers they hire have no pride in anything they do anymore. The guy fixing the food was very sloppy and careless, spilling ridiculous amounts of food on the counter and floor. It was food EVERYWHERE but the right places. The dining room was filthy and the trash was overflowing in the trash can. The staff wasn’t inviting at all and they lied about not having any more chips because they didn’t want to make any. It was a horrible experience and it’s really sad because everywhere is like this now. Just unacceptable!!

Well they use real avocados. Please see sticker found in guacamole. Glad I check my food before eating. Guess I can’t catch a break eating out, just have to eat at home. This is unacceptable, shouldn’t even be an accident.
