Drive there and apparently the only way you can order is through the mobile app. Kid named Noah barely had courtesy to look up and explain why – ended up telling us it would be at least 10 minutes to make the order once we submitted it online (nobody in there, just people trying to come and spend money only to leave).

My daughter loves going to Chipotle when I take her to work with me, so we had to make a stop. Arrived around 1:30pm, was not busy but the staff was not on point. First as we are the third party to order out food, we can see chicken burning on the flat top, and the female that was tending the grill didn’t have a hair net on. Secondly, as a vegan, this is one spot I know I can get a great healthy meal. First they were low on both white and brown rice and when I asked for both, I got a tiny scoop of each, then the male did the same with the beans, even though they had plenty. No fajita peppers at all, and another tiny scoop of Sofritas. My daughter loves the rice and she was disappointed when hers was a small amount compared to what we normally get going to Chipotle. Had to ask for extra corn and lettuce bc if not the bowls would have been a kids meal.

Me and my wife had the worst unprofessional….and very untrained….experience with the Genaral Manager Kristina Huxell…. Me and my wife only wanted fresh chicken that was not burnt and very distasting….Because of General Manager Kristina Huxell being in the back her lady cook was burning all of Chipotle meat on the grill that needed to be cleaned sufficiently …. we asked for Kristina Huxell General Manager to come to the front so we can ask for fresh chicken and for the grill to be cleaned for other customers as well when she came to the front she told us that it’s not her problem! “Word for word” and said that we don’t like it we can go to the Chipotle restaurant in White oak! which was very discouraging and upsetting as a customer here at Chipotle!…. She also made our experience very bad and truly embarrassing by calling the police because we only wanted to have fresh chicken and a fresh good meal to eat before we got on the road for our seminar! trip today!…. And because of this unfortunate situation we missed our seminar we were not on time the food still was unsatisfying and by her being a general manager needs to be evaluated and discussed because she’s very unprofessional very rude and acted very utterly out of way to where no one will ever believe that she can ever manage a store because of her attitude and mood! ….. I am very unsatisfied my wife is very unsatisfied as well and it’s been a horrible day and a Experience with Kristina Huxell General Manager…. And I would advise to be careful as a customer around her because ain’t no telling what she would do next because her unprofessionalism….. And Outrageous Way….

I’m gluten-free and when I ordered the employee happily changed her gloves (washed her hands before) and then the manager came up, clarified I had an allergy and reminded her employee to follow me down the line!! It makes me feel so welcome and safe despite my illness – thank you!

We eat at Chipotle restaurants often. This location is consistently sub-par, and tonight there was no one to take our order. Update, I paid for three teas but they forgot to make tea, so two people in our party changed to some sort of sugar drink and one requested their money back. The manager type person said “if you put something in the cup I can’t give you your money back”. So we received a credit for one drink, received no apology and that will be the end of ore experience with this particular location.

I don’t know why this location is receiving poor reviews. My experience here was great. The staff was super friendly and engaged in conversation about their new offerings. Additionally, the food was fresh, considering our late night visit. They even wrote a personalized message so we could identify our orders. 10/10

It’s good when the right people are working. Don’t bother ordering ahead…has never been ready when I arrive…even when I’m much later than the estimated time. Also, get there early. The last hour they’re almost always out of something.
