I went to the store to order the food, they said they are accepting only online order for chicken burrito bowl. So, I placed an order through Doordash and this is what I got (refer to the photo). Other than chicken, I didn’t get anything. No rice, no beans, no queso, no veggies, no cheese, no guacamole. If you don’t have enough food to serve the customers better shut the store, you don’t have to fake run the business and send empty boxes for delivery.

I arrived in store. Front door is locked. Has to use side door after employee tells me front door is not working and to wait a min. Customer inside motioned me to go to side door. Once inside, an employee announced that they are not taking in person orders and doing online only. Rude and lazy. I needed a quick experience. This was inconvenient. Also ppl walking in here with no shoes as well. Disgusting. Will not be back here. Oh, and they messed up my order. Read it from a screen and still did not include black beans or grilled onions and peppers in my bowl. Also got a wicked stomach ache.

We catered for 15 people (build your own – triple ) with $16.15 per person. The food was not even enough 10 people. . SOme of the bases on the rice was so small even though we asked for two out of five bases. Please be considerate. People invite 15 people and plan for the event assuming the food will be similar to what we order in the store. We had to scramble to get pizzas. Worst experience. Very disappointed.

Ordered a 40 person $850 catering order 2weeks in advance online. Received confirmation email and 1 day prior another confirmation of order and delivery, only for the delivery person to show up to the store at requested time to be told they didnt have enough staff or food to do the order! Meanwhile we had 40 people waiting to eat lunch at our corporate office!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! You have now lost a company who does a lot of catering! Should have read the reviews before ordering, seems the management is running this location into the ground!

The food was ok and kind of Luke warm . I did not like. I ordered food 15-20 minutes prior and reached to location as mentioned pickup time but my order was not started at all. Then I asked them to prepare my order and then one of the employee came after few minutes and started preparing.

I have had a lot issues with my orders at this location. I’m talking meat chunks mixed in to my veggie bowl, missing chips from my order, opening up a bowl that’s half empty, order 2x protein and getting a regular serving, the list goes on….I kept coming because I thought maybe it was just a one-off, but no, this location is just bad. Yesterday after a long time of avoiding this place I decided to order from here again, because I was tired and hungry and the location was convenient. As always, it sucked, but I will say this- When I got there I waited an extra half hour because the place was packed and I saw only a few staff working there. This would explain the crazy wait times and the matzo ball soup I took home – see pic of watery burrito bowl and rice balls. My question is, if staff cannot fulfill orders properly because they are understaffed and overrun by a mob of orders, why not close online orders? Restaurants have already started not seating people or upping their wait times. I paid a good amount of money and ended up with a soupy meal and a not so fun bathroom experience. This isn’t good for the people that work there and it isn’t safe and sanitary for the customers.

I would like to talk about the quality of the food, or lack of it. My wife and I have lived in the area for a couple of years and we give this chipotle a try every so often and it hasn’t changed… every time the food is like warm at best and our rice is NEVER cooked properly. The amount of uncooked rice we get in our bowls/burritos is unbearable. I’m shocked this location is still open…
